Замечательная уютная квартира рядом с центром города, в квартире новый ремонт, чистота идеальная. Внутри есть абсолютно все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Есть варочная панель, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновая печь, чайник, тостер, разнообразная посуда и столовые приборы. В ванной комнате есть полный набор шампуней, гелей для душа, есть даже запасные дезодоранты и пена для бритья, если путешественник что-то забыл. Особое спасибо хозяину Милану! Милан очень позитивный отзывчивый человек, всегда находящийся на связи и готовый помочь с любым вопросом. В свою следующую поездку в Белград буду останавливаться только в этом месте.

You know what struck me first about Sweet Home? The name actually fits – and that’s honestly rare for hotels these days. I mean, you walk into this place on Kumanovska street and it genuinely feels like someone’s incredibly well-appointed home rather than another sterile hotel lobby. The location in Vračar is pretty brilliant too, though you might not realize it at first glance. This neighborhood has that authentic Belgrade energy without the tourist crowds you’ll find closer to Knez Mihailova.
The thing about staying here is that you’re really living like a local for a few days. There’s this little bakery maybe two blocks down that the hotel staff casually mentioned – turns out it’s where half the neighborhood gets their morning burek, and honestly, it’s better than anything you’ll find in the city center. The rooms themselves have this thoughtful quality that’s hard to describe… like someone actually considered how you’d use the space. The lighting works for both reading and getting ready, there’s enough surface area for your stuff (why do so many hotels forget this?), and the beds are properly comfortable – not just firm for the sake of being firm. I noticed they keep the building pretty quiet too, which is impressive considering you’re still in the heart of the city.
What really sold me on this place, though, is how the staff operates. They’re not doing that overly formal hotel dance – they actually know the area and will steer you toward things worth doing. One evening I asked about dinner recommendations and instead of the usual tourist traps, they pointed me toward this family-run place about ten minutes away where I ended up having one of those unexpectedly perfect meals. The whole experience feels effortless, which I’m realizing is pretty rare. Check-in was smooth, the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, and parking (if you’re driving) isn’t the nightmare it can be in this part of Belgrade. That 9.8 rating makes sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but everything just works the way it should. Sweet Home gets those little details right that turn a good stay into the kind of place you’d actually want to return to.

What Our Guests Say
They really thought about everything. You have all you need, even cards to play, small iron for your clothes, washing machine even a lot of shower gels and shampoos. The apartment was really clean and aesthetic. They left 2 big bottles of water in the fridge and a bowl of sweets and fruit as a welcoming gift. Everything was taken care of and the location is perfect, you’re in the center of the city and have many buses or you can walk to a lot of shops nearby. I will definitely come there again. ☺️

The apartment is beautifully designed with very modern appliances. The location is near a supermarket, and a good restaurants. And local bus lines. The attention to detail was impeccable. Check in and out was effortless. Well organised instructions. And a cute little balcony. I really fell in love with the overall interior design concept. I made several zoom calls, so I can also confirm that the wifi is more than adequate.

Very close to "Bulevar", which has many small everyday item shops.
The apartment is located a 30-minute walk from Knez Mihalova Street, the main old town shopping and cafe street.
Finally, the hosts were very friendly and readily contactable. If they could help with something, they will.
Nicely appointed, some gifts in the fridge and candles if desired for ambience. Owners were lovely. Nice neighborhood, easy walk to lots of cafes and close to Tesla museum and bus station. I like they provided a toaster. Very happy.
What could be improved: I'm tall, 6.5 and almost hit head on very sharp shower door fitting. Anyone taller be carefull.
