Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from an apartment rental on Braće Nedić street – I mean, it's not exactly the most famous address in Belgrade.
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from an apartment rental on Braće Nedić street – I mean, it’s not exactly the most famous address in Belgrade. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds are tucked away where you least expect them. This place absolutely floored me, and I’ve stayed in my fair share of Belgrade accommodations over the years.
The apartment sits right in the heart of Vračar, which is perfect if you actually want to experience how locals live rather than being stuck in some tourist bubble. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Svetog Save temple (impossible to miss – it’s massive), and there’s this little bakery around the corner that does these incredible burek pastries in the morning. The owner, well, I’m guessing it’s the owner, clearly knows what they’re doing here. Everything feels thoughtfully put together, not like those cookie-cutter places where you can tell they just ordered furniture in bulk. The kitchen actually has proper knives – travel enough and you’ll know this is rarer than it should be – and the bed is one of those where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed alive.
What really got me was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re smack in the middle of everything. I was worried about street noise, but these old Belgrade buildings have thick walls, and honestly, the double windows do their job. During the day, you’ve got that perfect urban energy where you can walk to Knez Mihailova street in about fifteen minutes, or hop on public transport and be anywhere in the city without much fuss. The building itself has character – you know, that pre-war European charm that developers today just can’t replicate no matter how hard they try. There’s a small courtyard that catches morning light beautifully, and the stairwell actually smells like old wood and coffee rather than… well, let’s just say some Belgrade buildings have seen better days. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that awkward waiting around or complicated key exchanges. I actually ended up extending my stay by two nights because, frankly, I didn’t want to leave. And at a 9.7 rating, I’m clearly not the only one who felt this way about the place.

What Our Guests Say
The apartment is conveniently located, new and well maintained, clean, and modern.
The apartment is absolutely spot on
Clean, amazing shower, comfy bed and in a great location
Nikola the owner is a fantastic host, kind and made me feel comfortable and welcomed
Nice and cozy apartment placed at the good location. Nearby you can find groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants.
We were able to use the washing machine and dishwasher which I find very useful for a longer stay.
The bed is super comfortable.
We really enjoyed the stay.
Everything was perfect...I recommend this apartment to everyone
The host was really forthcoming and made himself avaiable to us during our whole stay (we were also in touch a week in advance because of check in). The apartment is excellent - modern look with updated gadgets and furniture (smart tv, fridge, working washer and dryer, stove, hairdryer...). All in all the apartmen has everything you need during your stay there. Also the location is perfect for walking to more popular sightseeing places, but if that isn't for you there is also a tram and bus station that leads to other parts of town.
Everything is perfect, modern clean, and the owner is a helpful and kind person! I recommend this apartment for short and long stays!
What could be improved: There’s nothing wrong!
Great apartment for either short or long term stay!
Spacious, stylish, fast WIFI, pet friendly, located near Tasmajdan park, Tesla museum and many nice cafes plus bus/tram stop next to it.
Well equipped kitchen comes really handy, with coffee maker, dishwasher & nice comfortable couch.
And on top of that Nikola, beyond hospitable and easy to reach owner, who met us at the airport and helped to move to our permanent flat.
Thank you so much for everything!
The pictures don't do justice to the apartment. Its a beautiful and very well maintained apartment. I will recommend it without a doubt. Its on the ground floor and super accessible. Super large bedroom, Wifi, Towels, TV, all important amenities were already there. Nikola is super helpful.
The host was really nice and helpful. The apartment is near the city centre, free parking space was in front of the apartment and overall 10/10.
