Amazing, really cool style apartment. Absolutely loved the jacuzzi and sauna it's basically like you're own underground spa! Bluetooth speaker light too! Apartment was very clean and cosy. Shower was amazing too! Apartment has everything you need for cooking and eating etc. Location is excellent too as it's close to everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!
What could be improved: The only bad part was that we had to leave!

Old Café Spa Apartment
Look, I'll be honest – when I first heard "Old Café Spa Apartment," I was expecting some weird hybrid that didn't quite know what it wanted to be.
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Old Café Spa Apartment,” I was expecting some weird hybrid that didn’t quite know what it wanted to be. But this place on Bulevar Despota Stefana actually nails it. You’re right in the heart of Stari Grad, which means you can walk to pretty much everything that matters in Belgrade’s old town, but you’re also on a street that doesn’t turn into a complete circus at 2 AM (trust me, that’s harder to find than you’d think around here).
The building itself has this lovely old-world thing going on – you know, those thick walls and high ceilings that keep places cool in summer without blasting AC constantly. What really got me was how they’ve managed to blend the café vibe with actual apartment living. The spa element isn’t some afterthought either; there’s this genuinely relaxing atmosphere that makes you want to slow down for a minute. I mean, Belgrade can be pretty intense if you’re trying to keep up with the nightlife and sightseeing, so having a place where you can actually decompress is worth its weight in gold. The whole setup feels like someone took a beautiful old Belgrade apartment and thought, “How can we make this perfect for travelers who want to feel like they live here?”
What really sealed it for me was the attention to small stuff that most places completely ignore. The coffee situation is actually good – not just “hotel coffee” that tastes like it was made in 1987. You’re maybe a five-minute walk from Kalemegdan, which honestly is where you’ll end up spending half your time anyway, but you’re also close enough to those little side streets where locals actually eat and drink. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with marble everything, but every detail feels considered. Parking can be a bit of an adventure in this part of town (welcome to Belgrade), but the trade-off is that you’re walking distance from the fortress, the bohemian quarter, and honestly some of the best food in the city. The staff actually knows the neighborhood – like, they’ll tell you which bakery opens earliest and which tram line to avoid during rush hour. It’s that kind of local knowledge that makes you feel like you’ve got an inside track on the city rather than just wandering around with a guidebook looking lost.

What Our Guests Say
Great location and a really nice place. The spa downstairs was excellent, as we're all the facilities. I arrived very late at night and they were there to show me in. Nice people and hey were very easy to communicate with.
The Jacuzzi was amazing. Great space in it to relax. Really loved the split level bed and the old cafe space.
Location was really handy to visit the main attractions in belgrade.
Everything was awesome. It was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we could need. There are air conditioners so you can easily settle the temperature as well. The kitchen has enough tools to cook various meals. It is not far from the city center. If we go back to Belgrade we are planning to book this place again.
What could be improved: I can only say that because it is a single apartment itself, it is directly on the roadside and usually you can hear the traffic or people passing by but it is not that big of a problem.
Very pleasant and interesting accommodation, close to the city center. Very unique experience.
What an amazing experience! This place is a charming former bar or café turned into apartments. It's not every day you get to stay in a three-level place with its own entrance to the city center, and let's not forget the sauna with a jacuzzi—definitely not an everyday encounter for me. I'm sure you can have a fantastic time here! My desire to share the emotions this place evoked in me sometimes got in the way—I had a lot of guests over, but it was totally worth it—everyone loved it!
On top of all that, the host is friendly, punctual, gave us a quick but detailed rundown, and was always available when we had questions. Being in the central district, everything you might need—stores, cafes, parking—is conveniently close
What could be improved: Didn't like leaving; wanted to stay there forever. :)
Fabulous place for people who like to explore new things, who love art, design, reconverted architecture, SPA and coffee.
Having that private SPA in the apartment is absolutely amazing.
The entrance in the
What could be improved: It doesn’t have a balcony.
The apartment is not suitable for conservative, traditional people, for the “All Inclusive” style lazy tourists or old people who have walking difficulties because the bathroom is in the basement where the SPA is and the bedroom is on the mezzanine.
The owners really friendly and helpful. We were super cozy in the room. The kitchen has all utilities with nothing missing. Towels and other utilities at bathroom section was also spotless. The location is not far from center and has lots of bakeries and super markets around, alsı has ancient vibes. Especially SPA section is perfect with ground heating and jakuzi.
What could be improved: The stairs should be photographed and explained in detail since it was not super easy using them to go between floors. Any person even with a minor injury could have a Hard time. Place nearly has No window at all it was not a minus for us but some People are sensitive about it so should be described. Lastly, as a suggestion I would put some guide, maps, recommendations to rooms and cut a deal with a caffe for breakfast.
P. S: bed was not bad but surely could use an upgrade.
Not only it exceeded my expectations the apartment was wonderful! It looks even better than the pictures. The hosts were very friendly and polite. Would recommend this apartment to everyone. The location is also good, near the city center so you can walk on foot. The home spa also very good- you have sauna and hot tab and can use it all the time.
Great apartment and a very responsive owner
