Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that corporate hotel rigmarole where they need three forms of ID and your firstborn child. The host was genuinely helpful with local recommendations (actually knew good spots, not just tourist traps), and responded quickly when I had questions about the heating system.

The only minor thing – and I’m being picky here – is that the shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but honestly, after walking around Belgrade all day, even a gentle shower feels pretty good. This place gets a 9.5 rating for a reason, and after staying here, I totally understand why. It’s not trying to be some luxury palace, it’s just a really well-thought-out space that works for people who want to experience Belgrade like they actually live there for a few days.
