It’s tucked right on Kneza Mihaila, which honestly couldn’t be a better spot if you tried. I mean, you’re literally on Belgrade’s main pedestrian street, so stepping outside means you’re already in the thick of things. The building itself has this understated elegance thing going on – not flashy, but clearly someone put thought into the details.
What really struck me about this place is how it manages to feel both central and surprisingly quiet. Sure, you’re steps away from all the street performers and café buzz (and trust me, there’s always something happening on Kneza Mihaila), but once you’re inside, the rooms actually block out most of the noise. The staff seem to genuinely know Belgrade too – not just the tourist spots, but like, where to grab the best burek at 2am or which kafana won’t rip you off. The rooms themselves are well, exactly what you’d want from a solid 4-star place. Nothing groundbreaking, but everything works, the beds are actually comfortable, and the bathrooms don’t make you miss home. I particularly appreciated that the AC wasn’t one of those ancient units that sounds like a helicopter landing.
Location-wise, you really can’t do better for exploring Stari Grad. Kalemegdan Fortress is maybe a 5-minute walk, and you can easily wander down to Skadarlija (the old bohemian quarter) without breaking a sweat. If you’re planning to hit up the floating clubs on the Danube – and honestly, you should – it’s a reasonable walk or super quick taxi ride. The tram stops are right there too, so getting around the rest of Belgrade is pretty straightforward. One thing worth mentioning: parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area, but the hotel staff actually know the tricks for finding spots nearby. Check-in was refreshingly smooth, and they had that local insight that makes a difference – like warning me that the street gets pretty lively on weekend nights (which, depending on your vibe, is either perfect or something to prepare for). With an 8.4 rating, it’s clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I get it. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Belgrade, but it nails the essentials while putting you right where you want to be.

Its clean and well furnished.Very modern and has an expensive look to it
What could be improved: The jacuzzi and shower dont work fully , and those were one of the main reasons that we booked this property .Communication with tve owner could be better.

Right on Knez Mihajlova street, very warm rooms, also very big and comfort rooms. Good communication with the host. Parking is near location, and i pay for the whole day 2000dinars, (15eu)
I liked the location. It was on the main street, can’t get more central than that.
What could be improved: The host was nice but the communication was not that good. We didn’t get any information about the keys before we arrived and we waited outside for him to come. But he was nice, just have to improve the communication with the guests. Also couldn’t get the shower to work properly, it was like a pressure washer almost peeled my skin.

We loved the location and the building. Right in the center but quiet, large and airy rooms, all you can need in furnishing. We stayed two nights and were very happy.
What could be improved: Bathroom was tiny for two people (adult brushing teeth on a child, but that's a specific situation 😄)

What could be improved: The bathroom is so small the door won't even open without hitting the toilet.
There is some kind of exterior space but it is just a door opening onto a stone surface looking straight into a brick wall.
Bed feels like a sofa bed, although it isn't.
In any case it is definitely far too low for people with back problems
Kitchen bench surfaces are cracked and buckled and need replacing
Despite the location, the tiny bathroom makes it poor value for money.
