You know what struck me first about Cvetni trg? The name literally means “Flower Square” and honestly, it fits – there’s something quietly charming about this place that sneaks up on you. It’s tucked away on Njegoševa street in Vračar, which is basically Belgrade’s answer to a residential neighborhood that somehow manages to feel both local and central at the same time. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Slavija Square, but the street itself has this calm, tree-lined vibe that makes you forget you’re in the middle of a capital city.
The hotel itself feels like someone took a classic Belgrade building and actually thought about what travelers need – not just what looks good in photos. The rooms are proper four-star quality (that 9.2 rating isn’t just for show), but what I really appreciated were the little things nobody tells you about. The windows are thick enough that you won’t hear the early morning trams on Kralja Milana, the WiFi actually works throughout the building, and the staff seem to genuinely know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Skadarlija for dinner, the front desk guy didn’t just point me toward a taxi – he told me which street to walk down to avoid the construction and mentioned that Thursdays are quieter if I wanted to actually hear my dinner conversation.
What really sold me on this place, though, is the location knowledge you get by staying here. Vračar is where actual Belgraders live, so you’re walking past the same bakery locals grab their morning burek from, and there’s a small grocery store literally around the corner that stays open later than it should. The hotel sits right between the business district and the old town – you can walk to Republic Square in about fifteen minutes, but you’re also close enough to places like Tašmajdan Park that you remember Belgrade has green spaces too. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street (like everywhere in Belgrade, honestly), but the hotel sorts that out if you ask ahead. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to feel less like a tourist and more like someone who just happens to be visiting this particular corner of the city for a while.

Great apartment in a most convenient location, on Cvetni Trg. The apartment is impeccably clean, very comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen for everything that I needed. The AC and WiFi functioned perfectly! Highly recommended!
The host was excellent. She was available during the whole time and answered all our questions.

The flat is in the centre and near the sightseeing places.
I traveled with my family (2 adults and 2 kids) and we stayed for a short time, just one day, but the apartment had everything we needed. The check-in process was made very easy thanks to the owner's great communication and organization. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, close to everything you might need. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops. Everything was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this apartment, and I will definitely come back.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is centrally positioned in Belgrade downtown, so you can reach the most destinations easily. The accommodation was perfectly clean and the owner was very friendly. The wi-fi and TV worked well all the time.
What could be improved: I must say, there are not that many, if any, things not to like about the Cvetni Trg apartment(s). As the windows are looking to the street, it may get a bit louder when they are open, and loud people are having fun on the streets. But that happened only once, and lasted for 10 minutes.
Location is great, great host, clean.

Coordination and communication for arrival was excellent. I arrived one day earlier because of my mistake with the dates while booking, and they found a solution in no time.
The deluxe apartment was very clean, as in the pictures, comfortable bed, good wifi and the best location, surrounded by restaurants, but still reasonably silent.

Location was excellent and everything is close by. The room was comfy and you could get it to be quite warm with the heater and AC (winter visit).
What could be improved: The main area was a bit too chilly in my opinion as it was not part of the bedroom. This is mainly an issue for winter when it’s cold outside. During warmer temperatures, it is fine.
