You know what’s funny about Vila Argola? I almost walked right past it the first time – it sits on this quiet residential street in Zemun that honestly feels more like a neighborhood where locals grab coffee than where tourists usually end up. But that’s exactly what makes it special, I guess. The building itself has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream “look at me” from the street, which I actually appreciated after dealing with some of the flashier places closer to Belgrade’s center.
Once you’re inside though, everything clicks into place. The spa luxury apartments thing isn’t just marketing speak – these rooms actually feel like someone’s really nice apartment rather than a generic hotel box. I mean, the kitchenette in mine was better equipped than my actual kitchen at home (slightly embarrassing to admit). The bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly, and the bed was this perfect firmness that I spent way too much time trying to figure out so I could replicate it at home. What really got me was the attention to small details – proper blackout curtains that actually block light, multiple USB ports where you need them, and the kind of coffee machine that doesn’t make you feel like you’re compromising your morning routine.
The location is honestly brilliant if you want to feel like you’re experiencing Belgrade rather than just visiting it. Zemun has this whole different vibe from the main city – it’s technically part of Belgrade but feels like its own little world with cobblestone streets and these amazing Danube views. You can walk down to the old town area in about ten minutes, and there’s this fantastic fish restaurant called Šaran that locals actually go to (not just tourists). The staff seemed genuinely excited when I mentioned I’d found it, which tells you something. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Belgrade will tell you is no small thing. The 9.7 rating makes total sense when you add it all up – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but everything they do, they do really well. Plus, you’re getting that spa apartment experience without the spa resort prices, which honestly feels like you’re getting away with something.

It was a great relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed and a quiet neighborhood. The sauna and jacuzzi work well. The location is very convinient, not too far from the airport. The host is very helpful.
It was like from the shared pictures of the apartment. Everything was clean and super cosy and really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come again.

Very nice and tidy apartment, well equipped with everything that a young couple (in our case) needs to enjoy and relax. Jacuzzi is spacious and comfortable and Finish Sauna added a very nice spa kick to our leisure stay. Staff made sure to tend our needs and requests in a polite and professional manner. Will visit again.

Owner and apartment were great! Clean and comfortable beds, great spa, great lighting, altogether we are very pleased.
What could be improved: Only thing I wish is that apartment is non-smoking. When we came in, apartment was cleaned very good but you could still smell the cigarette smoke. We went out and left windows open, 3 hours later it was fine.
Nice and clean apartments. It has a private entrance and a free parking lot. The owner is very polite and ready to help with any problem. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation and host were superb. Did everything within there means to make me feel as comfortable as possible.
Offered to pick me up from the airport and gave great advice about what to do in the area and experience Belgrade in the best way possible and took me to get food as its my first time here and arrived late due to flight delays.
Sweets were left to nibble on upon arrival as well. Apartment was super clean and spacious had all the amenities that you would need and want exactly as is shown in the photos.
Would highly recommend if coming over to Belgrade to stay
