Here’s the thing about the location that the address doesn’t tell you: you’re a fifteen-minute walk from Zemun’s old town along the river, which is perfect for those evening strolls when you want to feel like you’ve discovered something. The other direction takes you straight into New Belgrade’s business district, so if you’re here for work, you’re golden. There’s a decent grocery store just a couple blocks away on Jurija Gagarina – nothing fancy, but it has everything you need including surprisingly good local wine for like three euros a bottle. The tram connections are solid too, though I ended up walking most places because the riverfront path is just too nice to skip.

I will say, check-in was smooth but you need to coordinate timing since it’s an apartment building, not a traditional hotel lobby situation. The host was super responsive though – answered my WhatsApp messages within minutes even late in the evening. Oh, and there’s parking available, which in Belgrade is honestly a small miracle. The whole experience felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel, but with that professional polish that means everything actually works properly. For the price point and that 9.8 rating, I get why people keep coming back here.
