You’re right in Savski Venac, which means you’re basically in the heart of everything without dealing with the constant traffic noise that comes with staying directly on, say, Knez Mihailova.
The apartment itself really surprised me. I mean, calling it a “hotel” feels a bit formal – it’s more like staying in someone’s really well-appointed city flat, if that someone happened to have excellent taste and actually cared about their guests’ comfort. The 4-star rating feels about right, though honestly, some of the details push it closer to boutique territory. The kitchen setup is properly functional (not just those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken mini-fridge), and the living space has this lived-in quality that makes you want to actually hang out there instead of just crashing between sightseeing runs. What really got me was the attention to small stuff – decent coffee setup, proper hangers in the closet, USB outlets where you’d actually want them.
Location-wise, you’re about a 10-minute walk to Kalemegdan Park, which is perfect for morning runs or evening strolls along the Danube and Sava confluence. The neighborhood has that authentic Belgrade residential vibe – you’ll hear kids playing in courtyards, smell coffee drifting from local cafés, see elderly folks gathering on benches in the early evening. There’s a solid bakery just around the corner (grab the burek if you’re there early enough), and you’re close enough to the bohemian Skadarlija quarter that you can stumble home after a proper Serbian night out without breaking the bank on taxi fare. Parking can be a bit tricky during weekdays – street spots fill up with locals heading to work – but weekends are much easier, and honestly, you probably won’t need a car much once you’re settled in. The 8.7 rating makes total sense to me; it’s the kind of place that does all the important stuff really well without trying to be flashy about it. Perfect for travelers who want to feel like they’re actually staying in Belgrade rather than just passing through it.

We had a great long weekend stay at the apartment, very spacious for 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids, convenient location.
The host was easy to communicate with, we have arrived at different times
Lilly is very kind for waiting us atvthe gate and explaining very clearly for everything.
What could be improved: The big bedroom is noisy, during the night the room is full of trsffic noisy.
In the toilet room, the water tap is not fix,
It's a great apartment within walking distance of the bus station and central area. Spacious with huge bedrooms that are almost two rooms in one, with separate sofa areas. The host was really helpful with excellent communication.
Very spacious place, in the center of Belgrade. Beautifully decorated, nicely equipped and very clean.
What could be improved: There could be a set of welcoming products (water, small jars of local products). Also the bath products were at their end and insufficient for a 5 members family.
The bedrooms were spacious, it was very clean, big bathroom, kitchen with everything you need, also a nice and comfy living room and most importantly - it was warm in winter. We were there in December so it was important to us that the accommodation is warm. Also, very close to center and in a nice neighbourhood, felt very safe and the woman that came to meet us was super nice and lovely :) Would definitely stay in this apartment again and I recommend it.

What could be improved: Miloša Velikog street is a bit noisy

What could be improved: If the facility also includes private parking, it would be a very plus. Although I got the free parking space near the apartment.
But, overall it was valued for the budget.

Clean and spacious flat, well situated in the centre of the city. It is situated in the embassies area of Belgrade, so there are beautiful, historical buildings in the surrounding area. The hostess was kind and waited for us. She explained clearly and quickly what we needed to know about the rooms, keys and how to check out.
There is a restaurant right next to the building where the flat is, with very nice breakfast and other meals options.
What could be improved: The car parking near the flat is a public parking that was always occupied during our stay. We had to park our cars in a paid public parking nearby, which was a fine option for us as it is not so expensive (1500 RSD per day).
The host is super helpful, easy to communicate.
The apartment looks wonderful, rooms and beds are so big an comfortable!
Location perfect, free parking.
