You know what? I was honestly skeptical when I first saw “Belgrade Center Apartment Lux Residence” – the name sounds a bit over the top, right? But walking into this place on Vojvode Milenka totally changed my mind. It’s tucked into this quiet residential street in Savski Venac, which is actually perfect because you’re close enough to hear the city humming but far enough from the main drags that you won’t have drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM.
The apartments themselves are – well, they really did nail the “lux” part without making it feel stuffy. I mean, the kitchens are properly equipped (not those sad hotel kitchenettes with two forks and a broken coffee maker), and the bathrooms have this rainfall shower situation that honestly made me want to extend my stay just for the morning routine. What really got me though was how they’ve managed to blend modern comfort with these little Serbian touches – there’s local artwork on the walls, and the balconies have these wrought iron details that you see all over Belgrade’s older buildings. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places mess this up.
Location-wise, you’re golden here. Five minutes walking gets you to Knez Mihailova pedestrian zone where all the action is, but you can also wander down toward the Sava riverfront when you need some breathing room. The staff knows their stuff too – they’ll point you toward Skadarlija (the bohemian quarter) for dinner or tell you which kafanas actually serve locals, not just tour groups. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but they’ve got arrangements with nearby lots, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you’ll probably walk everywhere anyway. I stayed during late spring and the energy was perfect – warm enough for evening strolls along the fortress walls, but before the summer crowds really hit. The 9.5 rating isn’t just numbers padding – this place genuinely gets the details right, from quick check-in to actually having decent coffee in the welcome basket. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment independence in the heart of Belgrade, this is it.

Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage , wer mit Auto reist für den ist es zwingend notwendig , die Matratzen sind gut , die Ausstattung modern . Wenn man aus der Garage kommt , steht man direkt vor einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, Cafe gegenüber!
What could be improved: Wer ins Centrum will sollte sich ein Taxi nehmen , die Aussicht in die Hinterhöfe ist weniger prickelnd

What could be improved: Pokrivač bi trebalo da bude malo veći, jer ako u krevetu spavaju dve osobe pogotovo ako nisu ljubavni par, onda je malo mali čarsav za pokrivanje pa ga svako vuče na svoju stranu. Ili bar da bude jos jedan dostupan u ormanu.
Everything was perfect, location, clean apartment, all the facilities, parking spot. Definitelly coming back again.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful complex of buildings , super location, in center but no noise , wi fi is wxeptional . The complex has welnes and spa for grate price and I liked it verry much . My big recomandations for this apartment , I will come again 100%
Very good place with groceries, cafes, shops in the center of Belgrade. Very helpful lendlord, good cleaning once a week. Absolutely comfort place for sleeping. No noise. New building with new furniture.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. In a new and modern building. Nearby there is everything you need. The center can be reached on foot. Super host.
The apartment is located in a walking distance from several bus stops, a huge shopping center Galerija, city center and multiple food and drinking places around. Closest nice supermarket and pharmacy are in the same building.
The apartment is really cool, all furniture and appliances are brand new, everything is fresh and clean. A washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and household chemicals are available so the place is really good and ready for the long stay.
TV has Netflix :)

What could be improved: Maybe I was just missing the microwave sometimes, but in fact I heated my food on the induction cooktop with no issues. There is also an oven for heating pizza but I never used it.
