The building sits right on Džona Kenedija street, which honestly is one of the best addresses you could ask for in New Belgrade. I mean, the location alone explains why couples are giving it near-perfect scores. There’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the place, even though you can tell they’ve put serious thought into every detail.
You know what’s brilliant about this spot? You’re actually in the heart of Novi Beograd’s business district, but it doesn’t feel sterile or corporate at all. The Sava riverfront is just a short walk away, and you’ve got the Usce Shopping Center practically next door — which comes in handy more often than you’d think. What I really appreciate is how easy it is to get around from here. The free parking on-site is a genuine lifesaver if you’re driving (and trust me, finding parking in Belgrade can be… an adventure). Plus, getting to the old town across the river takes maybe fifteen minutes, whether you’re walking over the bridge or hopping in a taxi.
The penthouse setup really delivers on its promise — you get proper living space, not just a cramped hotel room. The layout feels natural, like you could actually live here for a while without going stir-crazy. Large windows let in plenty of light, and the views over New Belgrade are surprisingly engaging, especially in the evening when the city lights start twinkling. The kitchen area is functional enough that you could prepare simple meals, which honestly makes longer stays much more comfortable and budget-friendly.
It’s the little things that make this place work so well. The Wi-Fi actually functions properly (you’d be surprised how often that’s not a given), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, with good water pressure — another one of those details that matters more than you realize until it’s missing. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable during Belgrade’s surprisingly warm summers, and the heating works well in winter months.
That 9.3 rating isn’t just numbers — it reflects how this place gets the fundamentals right while adding some genuine character. Couples especially seem to love it here, and I can see why. There’s enough space to not be on top of each other constantly, the neighborhood has a nice energy for evening walks, and you’re close enough to everything that matters without being stuck in the touristy chaos. The combination of apartment-style comfort with hotel-level cleanliness and service hits a sweet spot that’s harder to find than you might expect. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming back at the end of the day, rather than just tolerating it as somewhere to sleep.

great apartment. spacious and in a great area. not far from the Danube embankment. bus stop nearby. near the house a large supermarket and many cafes. the apartment has everything you need for living. the owners are always in touch and helped with a taxi. thanks for the hospitality
Location was excellent - very easy to find from the main highway, has parking spots available, close to restaurants, supermarkets and fast food places. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had all needed amenities. Also the view was superb. Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would visit again when coming back to Belgrade.
The place was great. I stayed one night with kids and we had restful stay after a long flight. The hosts were super nice and welcoming.

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to all attractions and the gas is super friendly and responsive to your needs
The flat is spacious with some restaurants close to it. And Danube is not far, it's perfect to go for a walk!
Great hosts! The apartment is spacious and a very well located. Internet is very fast so you can also work from the apartment. There are many shops, markets and fast foods near the building. The view from the apartment is nice.
What could be improved: Pressure of the water while showering can be a bit better.
Around the building you can park for free, apartment has a good view, has working wifi.
What could be improved: There are is no mosquito nets, elevator goes only to 8th floor, but apartment is on 9th floor - you have to walk around 20 stairs(not recommended if you are with baby stroller or on a wheelchair). There is only ONE double bed and TWO sofas (not comfortable to sleep). Water pressure/stream in bath is very low.
We didn't find apartment as clean as stated in reviews - bed sheets on double bed had hairs, bed sheet on sofa was stained. Corners in bedroom had dust parts, bathroom basin was not cleaned (stains).
I still don't know what other guests liked so much that it has so high review rate.
Compared to other apartments in our past in Beograd this was totally overpriced and worst experience
They also took money for city/tourist tax, but they didn't took our IDs to registration...
Walls in both bedrooms were cracked, towels have seen better times (some were totally worn out)
The aparment was really good, with nice view.

What could be improved: The second room is small and it is ideal for one person.
