It’s got everything you need, plus there’s a Maxi market just a few minutes’ walk away on Nemanjina if you want to grab groceries. The whole area has this interesting mix going on – you’ve got the modern waterfront development literally at your doorstep, but walk five minutes inland and you’re back in old Belgrade with all those narrow streets and kafanas.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: the building’s entrance isn’t super obvious from the street (there’s construction happening nearby that kind of masks it), so give yourself extra time when you first arrive. Also, parking can be tricky – there’s paid street parking, but honestly, I’d recommend using the nearby Galerija shopping center’s garage if you’re driving. The staff, though, they’re genuinely helpful with stuff like this. When I couldn’t figure out the washing machine (the instructions were in Serbian, go figure), someone came up within ten minutes to walk me through it. That 7.8 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it hits all the marks for what most people actually want: clean, comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced.
