The location on Jelisavete Načić is pretty brilliant, actually. It’s tucked into Stari Grad in this quiet residential pocket that feels authentically Belgrade – you’ll hear morning conversations drifting from apartment balconies and smell coffee brewing from nearby windows – but you’re close enough to Skadarlija that the sounds of live music and clinking glasses become your evening soundtrack. The building itself has that solid, old-world feel that you get in this part of the city, and while it’s got four-star amenities, it doesn’t feel stuffy or over-polished. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward (no lengthy speeches about facilities), and the staff clearly know the neighborhood well enough to give you actual useful directions, not just generic tourist suggestions.
What really won me over, though, was how it captures this sweet spot between convenience and character. You’re close enough to walk to Republic Square or Knez Mihailova in about fifteen minutes, but far enough from the main tourist drag that you’re not dealing with crowds or inflated prices every time you step outside. The 9.2 rating makes perfect sense when you consider that combination – it’s the kind of place where details matter, like having genuinely good Wi-Fi and rooms that are actually quiet at night (surprising for a city center location). Plus, there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t try to reinvent Belgrade for you but just gives you a comfortable base to experience the real thing. The location was great, just 5-10 kins walk to the Bohemian area, which has great bars and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped.
What could be improved: We would have preferred more natural light in the apartment, but there was a communal outside area which can be used for this.
Feels more homely then my own home. I don't use the items but appreciate all the small touches the owner added to the place for guests.

Very well located, right in the center of the city. Parking underground just 5’ walk from the apartment. Nice area. The apartment has all you need for a short visit to Belgrade. Very well arranged and very practical, it was perfect for us.

Very comfortable, well equipped with attention to details, great location in the city centre, friendly and responsive host, would most definetely recommend.
What could be improved: Parking is a bit far away for transporting the luggage, but is covered and safe. The bed matress could be a problem if you stay for several days or you have a back problem, otherwise is fine.
