I stayed during late spring when Belgrade gets pretty lively, and while you can definitely hear the city waking up in the morning, it’s more charming than disruptive. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you realize this isn’t trying to be a fancy international chain – it’s just doing the boutique neighborhood hotel thing really, really well.
