But this little 45m2 flat on Mišarska street? It’s actually one of those gems that makes you feel like you cracked some local code. I mean, you’re literally in Vračar, which is where Belgraders go when they want to feel fancy but not pretentious, if that makes sense.
The apartment itself is compact but smart – whoever set this up actually thought about how people live, not just how spaces photograph. You’ve got proper counter space in the kitchen (thank god, because Belgrade’s coffee culture is serious business and you’ll want to make your morning ritual work), and the living area doesn’t feel cramped even though we’re talking 45 square meters here. The windows face the right direction too, so you get that gorgeous late afternoon light that makes the whole neighborhood glow golden around 6 PM. What really got me though was how quiet it stays at night – Mišarska isn’t one of those streets where drunk tourists stumble around at 3 AM, but you’re still close enough to Knez Mihailova that you can walk to dinner without planning your whole evening around transportation.
Here’s what I wish someone had told me before my first time in this part of Belgrade: Vračar is where the city actually lives. You’ll see the same faces at the corner bakery every morning, there’s this amazing little grocery store about two blocks away that stays open late (crucial for wine emergencies), and honestly, the whole area just feels more… real? Like, you’re not staying in some sanitized bubble. The flat reflects that vibe too – it’s polished and comfortable, definitely earning those 4 stars, but it doesn’t feel sterile or overly designed. I actually found myself hanging out there in the evenings instead of rushing out to hit every tourist spot, which says something. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you spend a few days there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Belgrade, but it nails all the stuff that actually matters when you’re trying to get a feel for a city. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the building itself has character without being falling apart, which is honestly harder to find than you’d think.

Great location and apartment! There is bakery and caffeteria 2 mins from apartment. There are also a good restaurants maybe 10 mins by foot. Train and bus station is also 5 mins from apartment. Apartment is very clean an good. It has everything you’ll need. Isolation si very good, you wont hear any noises. Also you can make your bedroom very dark for sleeping.

Great location close to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed for one night stay. The host is very nice and the apartment is easy to find.

Located in Vracar, 1 of the most beautiful neighbourhoods, only 10 min walking from city center.
100 metr from supermarket, MTS, restaurants, and a lot of bus stops.
The communication with the host was more than perfect. She speak perfect English and she is super friendly, always thaking care about how people are.
As, someone who has lived in Belgrade for 2 years and now, I have been going here regularly since 10 years. I can confirm that this one of the best places in the city.

The location is perfect, close to everything but still quite. The apartment is cozy and warm and Marijana is wonderful host. Very convenient check in. Highly recommend!
Marijana's place is conveniently located, just a 15 minutes walk to the main points in the city centre. The apartment is cosy and has everything you need for a superb stay, we stayed just a few days, but the space is more than fine for a long stay as well.
