You’re in Stari Grad, which means you can walk to Republic Square in about twelve minutes, but you’re tucked away where actual Belgraders live their lives.

The apartment itself – I mean, calling it just an “apartment” feels like underselling it. Everything’s been thought through in that way that makes you think someone actually lives like this, not just decorated for photos. The kitchen actually has sharp knives and real coffee (not those sad instant packets), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes, and the shower has proper water pressure. Check-in was smooth (they met me right on time), and they left these little touches that felt genuine rather than staged. Four stars feels about right for the official rating, but honestly, it punches above its weight in all the ways that actually matter when you’re trying to get a feel for a city rather than just checking boxes off a tourist list.
