Stayed earlier in Hotels in Belgrade, this was so much more relaxing as the apartment is in a great position and the host was great and the personell and fascilities arround were briliant!

What could be improved: The property was virtualy new, had all the essentials and more with high end stuff inside, tech and kitchen perfect, cleanliness top marks, parking next to the elevator. On the end the balcony has a great view on Belgrade and just chilling in the evening and watching the city do its magic!!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the pristine cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making the space not just functional but truly delightful to stay in. It was evident that the place was well-equipped with everything one could possibly need, from modern amenities to thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. Internet was super fast without breaking of the connection even during the big storm outside.
Streaming platforms like netflix, hbo max, etc. are subscribed and you can use them all.

Our host was an absolute gem throughout our stay, demonstrating remarkable responsiveness at any hour of the day. Their warm and accommodating demeanor made us feel instantly welcomed and valued. They went above and beyond, not only providing helpful instructions on every appliance in the apartment but also offering invaluable insights into the city's attractions and local tips. Their attention to detail extended to ensuring we had taxi numbers and emergency contacts, which reassured us of their commitment to our comfort and safety. Their hospitality truly made our visit memorable and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful and attentive host! Beyond being incredibly responsive and accommodating, our host went the extra mile by sending us personalized video instructions. These videos not only guided us seamlessly to the building and garage but also walked us through from the garage to the apartment, ensuring a smooth arrival. Such thoughtful gestures exemplify their dedication to ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. We were deeply grateful for their proactive and meticulous approach, which made our visit truly exceptional.

The garage was well-secured and accessible only to those who have the garage card.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment! It was sparkingly clean, beautifully decorated and situated in the best possible location. The apartment was well-stocked with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, providing all the necessary information before my arrival. I highly recommend this place and will be returning for sure!

Wonderful apartment with a good view of Belgrade, located a few steps from the Sava promenade in the newest district of the city. A large mall a few hundred meters away and the old town is easy to access even on foot. Cleanliness, top equipment, bedding and towels, perfectly equipped with absolutely everything you could want. As well as the kitchen as at home you can find all in it. A big plus is the secure underground parking that we benefited from, included in the price of the accommodation. Andrej the owner gave us absolutely all the necessary information for an easy self-check, about the good restaurants in the city and all the tourist attractions. We spent beautiful days, and for sure when we come back to Belgrade we will choose it again!
