Awersome place in the center of the city, in a facinating old building! You can find everything you need in the apartment, and the landlord is super nice and ready to help! I'll definitey check if the apartment is awailable next time I'm in Belgrade

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect from Belgrade apartment Bulevar II when I first walked up to 199 Bulevar kralja Aleksandra – the name doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, you know?
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Belgrade apartment Bulevar II when I first walked up to 199 Bulevar kralja Aleksandra – the name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, you know? But once I got inside, I realized this place gets it right in ways that a lot of fancier hotels completely miss. The location in Zvezdara is actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Belgrade rather than just visiting it. You’re right on one of the main arteries of the city, which means you can catch buses or trams pretty much anywhere without that whole “tourist trapped in the old town” feeling.
What really struck me was how the apartment manages to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time – and I mean, after staying in plenty of cramped European city accommodations, that’s saying something. The owners clearly put thought into the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The kitchen is properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), the wifi actually works consistently, and the bathroom has decent water pressure. Small things, but honestly, these are the things that make or break a stay. The neighborhood itself has this authentic Belgrade energy – you’ll hear the occasional tram rumbling by, sure, but it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you up at night. Actually, there’s something kind of soothing about the city sounds once you settle in.
Here’s what locals know about this area that most tourists don’t – you’re walking distance from some really solid kafanas and restaurants that haven’t been tourist-ized yet, plus you’re close enough to Kalemegdan and the city center that you can stroll there when you want the classic Belgrade experience. The 9.6 rating makes sense once you spend a night or two here; it’s not trying to be some Instagram-perfect boutique hotel, but it delivers on everything that actually matters. The check-in was smooth, parking isn’t a nightmare (which, if you’ve driven in Belgrade, you know is a minor miracle), and the whole experience just feels… well, honest. I’ve stayed in plenty of places with more amenities and fewer stars that left me way less satisfied. Sometimes you find these gems that just work, and this is definitely one of them.

What Our Guests Say
The location, the apartment was as in pictures
What could be improved: Everything is ok but the mattress could be softer
Everything nice and clean
Nice Apartment in a very amazing area. Right in front of the tram. Rooms are on the side of the garden so its very quiet at night.
Apartment is roomy and convenient, equipment with everything for short and long term stay. Location is very good - just Infront of tram stop, plenty shops and cafes around.
What could be improved: Lighting in the kitchen and bedroom could be a but brighter (bathroom is perfect).
+ Cute and petite
+ extra sofa for comfort
+ nice ambiance in the evening
+ comfortable mattress (I even wanted to know what it is)
+ two working places (one is a bar table in the kitchen, not very comfy but doable)
+ all you need in the bathroom
+ great host
+ pet-friendly
+ nice view on a small internal garden
What could be improved: - as it’s on the first floor, it’s too dark during the day. if you stay for a vacation and spend days outside, that shouldn’t be a problem.
- the entrance door is not soundproof, so you can hear people talking and barking dogs from time to time (hopefully not in the night)
The apartment is cozy, with new furniture and appliances. There was a washing machine (with several capsules), AC (with a heater mode) and an espresso coffee machine.
The location is great, I was able to find anything I needed in the neighborhood (restaurants, gym, barbershop). Also it’s not far from the city center. The apartment is located on the ground floor, but that wasn't a problem since the windows are directed to the internal garden.
The host was very friendly, he suggested transfer from/to the airport which was super convenient.
I was fully satisfied with my stay.
Super host
Very cozy place
Comfortable public stop near by
Cozy and clean apartment
The apartment was very clean, had everything except the microwave, good location near the tramway line, lots of markets and cafes nearby.
What could be improved: The apartment was on the first floor, and it was a bit dark, damp and cold. No view from the window and too little light.
Great apartment, great WiFi... Recommended.
