You know what caught me off guard about this place? I was expecting just another Airbnb apartment when I booked the “Authentic Belgrade Centre” loft, but honestly, it feels more like staying in some cool architect’s personal space. The split-level setup is actually pretty clever – downstairs you’ve got this open living area that flows naturally, and the bedroom’s tucked up top where it stays quieter even when Kolarčeva gets busy (which, being right in Stari Grad, it definitely does during peak hours).
The courtyard patio is where this place really shines, though. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of old Belgrade – I could walk to Knez Mihailova in maybe three minutes – but step into that courtyard and suddenly you’re in this peaceful little pocket away from all the street noise. Perfect for morning coffee or, well, let’s be honest, evening rakija if that’s your thing. The fact that they’ve managed to secure on-site parking is kind of a miracle around here. Sure, you have to reserve it ahead of time and yeah, you’ll pay extra, but anyone who’s tried to find parking in Stari Grad will tell you it’s worth every dinar. I watched tourists circle the block for twenty minutes looking for a spot while I was already settled in.
What I really appreciate is how they’ve kept that authentic Belgrade character without making you rough it. The loft has this lived-in feel – exposed brick, interesting angles, furniture that actually looks like someone chose it rather than ordered it from a hotel supply catalog. You can tell whoever set this up actually knows the neighborhood. They left recommendations for places locals go, not just the tourist traps on Skadarlija (though honestly, Skadarlija’s worth a visit too). The 9.4 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where the small details add up. Good water pressure, decent Wi-Fi, kitchen that’s actually equipped for more than just reheating pizza. The only minor thing is that being split-level means you’re doing some stairs, so maybe not ideal if mobility’s an issue. But for most people, it just adds to the character. I’d definitely stay here again, especially since finding a place with this much personality and actual parking in the center is pretty rare.

There was everything you need in a house. It was especially good for me to have an iron. The house was very sweet, clean and beautiful. The location of the house was really nice, it could be one of the best located houses in Belgrade. If I come to Belgrade again, I will definitely stay here.
Incredible apartment, very pretty and nicely decorated. Not only was it perfectly clean and well equipped, but also right in the heart of Belgrade’s city center, only a few meters away from Trg Republike. The hosts were extremely nice, welcoming people and very helpful. Hvala puno!

Location is perfect for tourists. It is in the very centre of the city, but it was calm and quiet at night. Reception is available 10-15 daily. The apartments itself - not luxury, but it has its own vibe, and a lot of interesting authentic details, and everything you need, including the iron and the washing machine. Bed is comfortable, water pressure in the shower is strong enough)
What could be improved: Everything was ok
Compared to others in price bracket this had space outside area private ish. Away from city sounds. A/C and hot water great. Washing machine and drying rack so no need to take lots of clothing as can wash but need own powder.
What could be improved: Only one key as two staying two would have been convenient but that’s all otherwise quite suitable.
Very comfortable, stylish and clean apartment on excellent location. Hosts are cool and very friendly.

Great location next to the main square. Theres a nice shared patio if you want to sit outside for a bit. The room had all the needed kitchen supplies and a comfortable bed
Apartment was really clean, with great location! Parking was next to the apartment, because of location, we didnt use car at all for 2 days. Hostt were really kind.
What could be improved: Building and neighbours were to noisy. Because of elevator, you cant sleep very well.
Semi-Bohemian style of the apartment and elevated bed were enjoyable. Interesting posters on walls showing some cultural nostalgia. Overall, great property for a weekend getaway or longer business stay.
What could be improved: Sauna pod did not seem to work or I could not find a way to make it work. This needs to be explained to prospective guests upon arrival. Entry door needs more sound insulation as voices from public corridor are clearly audible. Thank you.
