I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, with everything just a short walk away. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for everyday needs. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. The host's hospitality was also exceptional, always responsive and accommodating. The private parking option was super convenient, though note that it costs 15 euros per day with a reservation. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in the heart of the city!

Apartment Vračar
So I stayed at Apartment Vračar last month, and honestly?
So I stayed at Apartment Vračar last month, and honestly? It’s one of those places that immediately makes you feel like you’ve got an inside track on Belgrade. The building sits right on Svetozara Markovića street – you know, that leafy stretch where locals actually live their lives instead of just passing through. When I stepped out of the elevator on the 6th floor, I could already hear the gentle hum of the neighborhood below, which is oddly comforting rather than annoying.
The apartment itself has that lived-in elegance that’s hard to fake. I mean, you can tell someone actually cares about this place – the kitchen smells faintly of coffee (in the best way), and there’s enough counter space to spread out your farmer’s market haul from Zeleni Venac. The windows face out toward the tree-lined streets, and in the morning you’ll catch glimpses of people walking their dogs and heading to work. It’s real Belgrade life, not the tourist version. The Wi-Fi is solid – I worked from the little dining table for three days straight without issues, and the shower pressure is actually decent, which honestly surprised me given how old some of these Belgrade buildings are.
What really sold me on the place was the location, though. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk from Slavija Square, but tucked away enough that you won’t hear the trams clattering by at 6 AM. There’s a small bakery literally around the corner where the woman behind the counter will start remembering your usual order after two visits – that kind of neighborhood feel. And if you’re into the whole coffee culture thing (which, let’s be real, you should be in Belgrade), there are at least three proper kafanas within a five-minute radius where you can nurse a Turkish coffee and watch the world go by. The building itself is well-maintained – no sketchy entrance or broken mailboxes, which can be hit-or-miss in this part of town. Parking isn’t included, but there’s usually street parking available if you’re patient, and honestly, you probably won’t need a car much anyway. The whole Vračar area is perfectly walkable, and when you do want to venture further out, the public transport connections are solid.

What Our Guests Say
I rented the apartment for visiting family members. It is recently refurbished in a very central location with excellent amenities around - parks, pool, bars/restaurants, 24-hour supermarkets and within walking distance of all the city centre sightseeing locations.
What could be improved: Not used to top-loading washing machines, my relatives did not secure properly the lid/clip to the inner drum through which clothes are placed. They switched on the machine and immediately went out sightseeing. While out, the clip came loose and ended in breaking the interior lid of the machine. While I've seen the same model of machine elsewhere in Serbia, most of us I think are used to standard easier to use front loading machines. A demo on arrival on how to use it would have been helpful, especially for foreign guests.
Of course, I did pay for a replacement machine but it added Eur 350-400 to the cost of the visit.
Other than that, the apartment/location are excellent and the agent helpful.
The apartment is great! It's spacious, well laid out, in a great location close to everything you might need, quiet, comfortable. Wifi is fast. Communication with host was great. Would return and would recommend.
What could be improved: Although it's not a requirement, it would have been really nice if some basic staples were provided, such as cooking oil, salt, coffee, and/or dishwasher tablets. It makes it so much nicer to stay in a place where some of these items are available so you don't have to buy an entire bottle of oil or entire box of dishwasher tablets (when you're only staying 5 days!). Most apartments we've stayed in did provide these, so it felt noticeable that it was missing.
Great location and excellent communication with the host. Would recommend the apartment to anyone travelling with a group of friends.

Great location, great communication and very friendly hosts. Thumbs up!
Perfect location! The apartment is big, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Although in the near proximity of the center, the apartment is in very quiet building and both the rooms, and the balcony are facing small, very nice park. The host is nice and approachable. Parking is available upon request for a small daily fee in a private and secured parking (closed garage) located very close to the building and I do recommend using this option in case you are traveling by car.
What could be improved: As we have already been in the same apartment in spring this year, this time we have noticed slight decline of the beautiful apartment. The apartment needs minor repairs (ex. change the broken electrical switch, put garbage bin in the toilet in addition to the one in the kitchen, replace batteries in the remote controls of the TVs).
Nothing major, just a minor touch that will return the previous beauty and comfort of the apartment.
It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. You can see Saint Sava from the patio. Spacious restroom. Secure parking garage was great. I will add it to my list of places to stay when friends and family visit. Host is very helpful and responds when you need him.
What could be improved: There are some repairs needed to some of the electrical outlets, but it's not a deal breaker. The sound goes in and out on the TV in the living room. Not many hangers in the closet.
The apartment is a perfect fit for 4 people, as it had two bedrooms. The double beds are comfortable, there is more than enough space in the wardrobe to place your stuff, and soundproofing is decent. The living room is a good place to chill after a long day walking around. The balcony overlooks the backyard of the apartment building, which has a lot of tall trees and it creates a nice view! You can even see the dome of Saint Savvas. The neighborhood had plenty of places around for breakfast, and even some pubs for a drink! Overall we had a great time!
Spatious, comfortable, clean, close to center.
Great location, very big and comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need, including a closed garage.
