When I first walked up to the building, honestly, it doesn’t scream luxury from the outside – it’s just this typical Belgrade residential street with those classic pre-war buildings. But you know what? That’s actually part of what makes it so perfect. You’re living like a local in Vračar, which is hands-down one of the best neighborhoods if you want to feel the real pulse of the city.
The apartment itself is genuinely well put together – I mean, someone clearly thought about what travelers actually need instead of just throwing together some IKEA furniture and calling it a day. The kitchen had proper coffee (crucial for Belgrade mornings), and the bathroom had that thick, fluffy towel situation that you don’t always get in apartment rentals. What really got me though was stepping out onto the balcony in the morning and seeing St. Sava Temple just sort of emerging through the trees. It’s this massive, almost mystical presence that somehow feels both grand and intimate when you’re having your morning coffee looking at it. The sound of church bells drifting over on Sunday mornings – honestly, it’s the kind of thing that makes you want to extend your stay.
Here’s the thing about the location that booking sites won’t tell you: you’re about a seven-minute walk to Slavija Square, which might not sound exciting, but it means you can actually get anywhere in the city without dealing with tourist trap prices. There’s this little bakery around the corner on Njegoševa where locals grab their morning burek – I probably went there four times in three days. And if you’re into the whole café culture thing (which, let’s be real, is half the reason to visit Belgrade), you’ve got some fantastic spots within walking distance. The neighborhood gets quiet at night but not dead quiet – just that perfect residential hum where you can actually sleep but still feel connected to the city. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving, but most people don’t need a car here anyway. The whole setup just works in that effortless way that makes you think, “Yeah, I could actually live here for a while.” At a 9.5 rating, it’s clearly not just me who feels this way about the place.

Enjoyed stay here, extremely clean and well designed apartment. It is located close to the Church of Saint Sava, grocery stores and restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.
The owner is very nice. The apartment is modern and I never ever experienced such a clean place.
It was quiet and very central near the church and Slavija, so you can catch almost every bus.
The bed was really great. I slept so good.
What could be improved: Of If I could mention one thing it is that I would like to have more coffee cups available. 2 for 4 days was a little less. But with two supermarkets around the corner it was fixed in a minute.
Very clean, everything is nice and comfortable, all necessary things were there, i.e. toilet paper, a lot of towels, everything for cooking (oil, salt, pans), coffee and tea, even sweets. My general feeling was that this apartment is setup with care. Thank you!
What could be improved: The elevator is old and if someone in the building doesn't close the doors on some floor, you cannot use it. No safety issues, just a bit inconvenient.
Water is heated with a boiler, and there were a couple of times when we ran out of hot water, so needed to wait for it to heat.

What could be improved: 1. Parking je obezbjedjen trenutno. Ako morate da koristite automobil niko vam ne garantuje mjesto kada se budete vratili.
2. Objekat nema terasu/balkon

Sve je ekstra bilo! Stan se nalazi na 100 metara od Hrama Svetog Save. U okolini moze se naci svasta: pekara, menjacnica, kiosk, autobuska stanica, marketi. Stan je stvarno cist! Gazda stana, Predrag, je ljubazan. Ako bude bilo prilike vraticemo se jer smo stvarno prezadovoljni!
Apartman izgleda bolje uživo nego na slikama. Perfektno sređen, potpuno čist, prijatan i lep ambijent za boravak. Lokacija je savršena. Vlasnik veoma ljubazan i prijateljski raspoložen.

Отличные апартаменты! Все очень удобно, чисто, радуют важные мелочи, особенно кофемашина, аптечка и плойка для волос. Радушный и ответственный хозяин. Расположение - огонь! Кто боится звона колоколов из храма Святого Саввы - не переживайте, он приятный и достаточно тихий. Цена/качество супер!
The apartment is an excellent value right in the middle of Vracar, one of the most attractive parts of Belgrade. Although located in a busy area of the city it is incredibly quiet. Everything in the apartment is new and works well. Equipment of the kitchen could improve a little bit, but the whole apartment is exceptionally clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and superior quality. It is a highly recommended place to stay for one or two people.
What could be improved: The elevator of the building is a bit old, but works well.
The appartment is very nice and cosy. It's perfectly accomodated with useful stuff. Near everything and in a good reputated neighborhood (grocery stores, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, church...). The owner is very friendly too.
The apartment is in great location, walking distance to all major attractions and with many nearby markets and supermarkets.
What you see in the photos is what you get - a new place which is clean and comfortable, with excellent wifi. We appreciated a welcoming bottle of water and a selection of coffees.
