You’re a five-minute walk from Svetogorska Street with all its cafes, Temple of Saint Sava is right there when you want that classic Belgrade photo, and you can actually get to the old town on foot without needing taxis or figuring out the bus system. Parking was surprisingly manageable too – they have a small lot behind the building, which is honestly worth its weight in gold in this part of the city.
