What could be improved: The apartment is located within public housing. The linens provided were not sufficient for the guests, and we had to request additional towels. During our stay, personal items left inside a suitcase in the room were stolen. I do not recommend this apartment.
Easy check-in and communication was good. The apartment was easy to find and in a great location.
What could be improved: Very minimal and outdated accommodation. Didn’t have kitchen basics and bathroom facilities were due to be renovated. Bed wasn’t comfortable and bedding was lacking.
Really close proximity to Arena (5min) which was main purpose of our stay, good cafe's/restaurants/bakeries in neighbourhood. Easy to find, peaceful, great communication with the host, easy to pickup and drop off keys. Really no complaints and I would stay again for sure.
What could be improved: Nothing to do with accomodation, but I wasn't aware your not allowed to purchase any alcoholic drinks in the 1km vincinity of Arena for 3h before and after each game. Nowhere, shops/restaurants etc.
The location of the apartment is fine.
What could be improved: When we arrive at the address of the apartment, we spend a lot of effort and time to get in contact with the owner. There wasn't any information which exactly the apartment is (where is the entrance f the building, which floor, number of the apartment, were will be the key).
The hole apartment smells on cigarettes. The air-condition isn't working properly - a bit of noise and doesn't cooling enough.
The bed is not comfortable at all.
The location was great, so was the host.
What could be improved: There is no such thing however kind consideration that the owner equip the apartment with more cups and glasses.
Near to Stark arena and very quiet.
What could be improved: Very dirty room and the bed sheets had not been changed. The owner changed them after our observation and after 6 hours, with many excuses...The sofa is not a bed and he had not left bed sheets for it... Broken knob in the bathroom, broken lamp in the kitchen and broken wardrobe... Dirty kitchen with no cutlery no sugar or coffee. Friend, change the refrigerator door holder....

What could be improved: The apartment was not at all what I expected. It was dirty, the sink in the kitchen had almost no water pressure, there was no dishwasher so the dishes couldn’t be washed, and there were hardly any dishes or cookware in the apartment… two spoons, one bowl, two old coffee mugs and one small frying pan. The kitchen was pretty much useless. The couch was dirty and not the same as the one in the picture. The apartment was very very dark and much smaller than it seems in the pictures. The only nice throng about was the bathroom, but it too was quite dirty
