You know what caught me off guard about AmazingMemories3? The name sounds completely made up – like someone’s default WiFi password – but honestly, this place delivers way beyond what you’d expect from a 4-star in Zemun. I’ve stayed in plenty of Belgrade hotels, and most of the time you’re stuck in New Belgrade’s concrete jungle or dealing with Old Town’s weekend party chaos. But this spot on Joze Šćurle street? It’s actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere with character without the tourist madness.
Zemun has this thing where it doesn’t quite feel like Belgrade proper – more like a sleepy riverside town that just happens to be connected to a major city. The hotel sits in one of those quiet residential pockets where you’ll hear church bells from Gardoš Hill in the morning instead of tram squeaks and honking. I mean, you’re still only about 15 minutes from Republic Square if you catch the right bus, but there’s something refreshing about coming home to actual neighborhood life. The locals have their evening coffee routine at the little kafanas nearby, and you’ll see the same faces walking their dogs along the Danube path – it’s that kind of place where people actually live, not just pass through.
What really sold me though was how the staff actually seemed to care about the details. Check-in was smooth (they had my room ready early without me even asking), and when I mentioned I was trying to catch an early flight, the front desk guy – I think his name was Marko – actually wrote down the best taxi company number and approximate fare so I wouldn’t get ripped off. The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained, nothing fancy but everything works properly, which honestly is sometimes more than you can say for some of the flashier places downtown. The 9.7 rating makes sense when you consider it’s probably mostly repeat visitors and people who stumbled onto something good rather than tourist masses booking based on location alone. Parking was easy too, which if you’ve ever tried to find a spot near Knez Mihailova on a Saturday night, you’ll appreciate. The only minor thing is that some rooms face the street side, and while Zemun is generally quiet, you might catch some early morning delivery trucks – but that’s pretty much unavoidable anywhere in the city.

What could be improved: Location is not the best.
Comfortable, spacious, fully equipped with brand-new home appliances, complete kitchen and bathroom. Private parking lot, warm and friendly homeowners. Almost 8 km. to the city center but bus station is so close. We preferred to use our car and parked multi-storey park in the city center.
What could be improved: The A/C unit was sufficient for heating but it would have been greater, if the central heating system had worked.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this house. The place was super clean, very spacious, beautiful decorated with all amenities. It had a terrace with view to a green scenery. The beds were really comfortable and the neighbourhood really peaceful. The hosts were beyond friendly. They made us felt really welcomed and responded to everything we may need. The location was good close to the traditional zemun area and close to the center of the city. We had parking in front of the house. We really felt like home! Thank you for this experience.

Very nice home stay. Host lives in 1st floor of the same house, and apartment located on 2nd floor. Very nice host although they do not speak English.

The host are very friendly, they were waiting for us and showed us around the apartment. They keep it very clean and everything is really comfortable.
The accommodation is really affordable and it’s beautiful and clean. The owner was really adaptable and didn’t have problem with us arriving at 3am. Also he was very nice and welcoming.
