Okay, so I'll be honest – when I first saw this place listed with that incredibly long name, I thought it might be one of those too-good-to-be-true situations.
Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw this place listed with that incredibly long name, I thought it might be one of those too-good-to-be-true situations. But walking up to this villa in Zvezdara, you immediately get why they crammed every feature into the title. It’s actually tucked away on Mehmeda Sokolovica street, which is perfect because you’re far enough from Belgrade’s city center chaos but still close enough that the free airport pickup (which, by the way, they actually follow through on) makes total sense logistically.
The thing that got me right away was how they’ve managed to create these distinct zones throughout the property. The pool area feels completely separate from the spa section, and then there’s this zen garden space that – I mean, I’m not usually one for meditation or whatever, but something about the way they’ve arranged the stones and plants actually makes you want to just sit there with your coffee in the morning. The gameroom is downstairs and surprisingly well soundproofed, so you don’t hear people playing pool or whatever when you’re trying to relax upstairs. What really impressed me though was the attention to smaller details – like, the towels by the pool are actually thick and absorbent (you know how some places give you those paper-thin excuses for towels), and the spa area has this subtle lavender scent that’s not overwhelming but definitely adds to the whole experience.
The location in Zvezdara is honestly pretty smart if you know Belgrade at all. You’re not dealing with the tourist crowds around Skadarlija or the Republic Square area, but you can still get anywhere you need to go without much hassle. The neighborhood has that residential feel where you’ll see locals walking their dogs in the evening, and there’s a small market just a few blocks away if you need anything basic. Parking isn’t an issue here either – which, if you’ve tried to park anywhere in central Belgrade, you’ll appreciate. The villa itself feels more like staying at a really well-appointed friend’s house than a typical hotel, probably because it’s an actual converted residential property. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward lobby waiting around. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the air conditioning units are a bit on the loud side, but honestly, after a day of exploring Belgrade in summer heat, you’ll be too grateful for the cooling to care much about the noise.

Villa Belgrade is a fantastic property just outside the main city centre of Belgrade. The rooms were bid and beds comfortable. We were a group of 9 and there were plenty of space and enough bathrooms. The open plan layout of the living area/kitchen makes it feel very spacious and comfortable to hang out and have a party.
In terms of amenities, the villa is unmatched. It has a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, pool table, ping pong table, retro arcade games, playstation, and even a poker table. Must not forget to mention the epic sound system also. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pot and pans, and pretty much everything we needed. We did not use the garden much but there is even a working electric barbecue there.
Transportation to and from the airport was included with the price. The cars were clean and comfortable and the drivers professional.
Our hosts were very welcoming and have been extremely helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars, clubs, city activities etc. (which all turned out absolutely brilliant). They even helped us sort out last minute basketball game tickets at the Belgrade Arena. I've never experienced such a level of attentiveness and care from an accommodation host. Truly impressive!
Finally, a massive thank you to the Villa Belgrade hosts (Ivan and Goran). Your hospitality and kindness are truly appreciated.
What could be improved: The villa is just outside the city centre (10 mins drive), so it's not practical to walk all the time. Hailing taxis and rides (using the CarGo app) are cheap and easy though. There are also plenty of public transport (bus and trams) which takes you direct to the city centre in minutes.

Insanely fast internet. When I connected my laptop directly to the LAN socket on the wall, I got 980mbit/380mbit, and this is the fastest internet I have ever experienced in my life. The swimming pool was great. It was very quiet, and we had a great sleep.

This is a delightful house in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. This was a great stay for me and my friends. The upstairs bedrooms are very well divided, pool was hot. Living room spacious, Gameroom with all sort of activities, wifi fast.
