Honestly, when I first walked up to Your ONE and ONLY on Svetozara Radića, I wasn't sure what to expect – the name is pretty bold, right?
Honestly, when I first walked up to Your ONE and ONLY on Svetozara Radića, I wasn’t sure what to expect – the name is pretty bold, right? But you know what, they actually live up to it. This little 4-star gem sits in one of those quieter pockets of Savski Venac where you can still hear the city humming in the distance, but it’s not right in your face like some of the places closer to Knez Mihailova. The building itself has this understated elegance thing going on, and I mean that in the best way – it’s not trying too hard to impress you before you even get inside.
What really got me was the attention to detail once you’re actually staying there. The rooms have this perfect balance of modern comfort without feeling sterile, and the beds – I’m not usually one to rave about hotel beds, but these are the kind where you actually want to hit snooze a few more times. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work, which sounds like basic stuff but you’d be surprised how rare that is. They know the neighborhood inside and out too, so when you ask about where to grab coffee that’s not tourist-trap expensive, they’ll point you toward the local spots onKarađorđeva that actually have decent espresso. The whole area is pretty walkable if you don’t mind a bit of uphill action – you’re maybe fifteen minutes from Kalemegdan if you take the scenic route, and the tram connections are solid if your feet aren’t cooperating.
Here’s the thing that really sets this place apart though – it feels like they thought about how people actually travel, not just how hotels think people should travel. There’s proper workspace if you need to get stuff done, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the sound insulation is surprisingly good for a city hotel. I stayed during one of those busy festival weekends when Belgrade gets absolutely packed, and while you could tell the city was buzzing, it wasn’t keeping me up at night. The breakfast situation is more thoughtful than massive, if that makes sense – quality over quantity, with some local touches that show they’re not just going through the motions. Plus, and this might seem minor but it’s not – the shower pressure is actually decent, which anyone who’s traveled through the Balkans will appreciate. That 9.8 rating isn’t just people being generous; there’s real substance behind the hype here.

Awesome place in a really convinient central location. Can walk everywhere in Belgrade city center by foot. And the host Marina is incredibly nice and helpful. We will stay here again when coming to Belgrade.

The host was waiting for us in the apartment, I think we never had such a nice welcome before :) Plus our flight was delayed for 3 hours, so she was really flexible with us. She recommended great places, helped us to get around the city. The location of the accommodation is excellent, a few minutes walk from the city centre. The facilities of the apartment met all our needs and we really enjoyed our trip. We highly recommend!

Great option for accomodation in Belgrade.
Apartment is placed nearby main sightseeing attractions (e.g. 10 minutes by walk from main street Kneza Mihailova), so we weren’t using even the public transport.
The host is the kindest and the most helpful I met during my trips. Marina provided a lot of useful tips - about transport to the airport, best restaurants, museums, planning the sightseeing (especially we are grateful for the best cevapcici in Cevabdzinica Savcic).
The next advantage was possibility of earlier check-in. We could enter the apartment about 12/12:30 AM, so we can go there directly from airport.
I can recommend the apartment in 100%.
What could be improved: No disadvantages

Marina is an astonishingly attentive host. She speaks and writes excellent English and will do everything she can to ensure your trip is hassle free. She helped me work out how to arrive from the airport, and helped book a taxi for the return journey. I am certain she'd have shared lots more tips if needed. Her flat is close to the things you'll be keen to see, and a short walk to Kalemegdan. The property gives you easy access to the centre without paying for fancy hotel rooms. If you have a modicum of initiative, and value your independence, I can't think why you would go elsewhere. (Unless you've got money to burn, or can't live without a spa...)
What could be improved: I have no complaints, and would happily return.

The host, Marina, was really nice and welcoming. On a positive note, she was available at every opportunity and gave us many great suggestions on what to visit and daily events. The apartment is new, clean, neat, nice and perfectly located, not far from the pedestrian area and Belgrade Fortress or from the brand new Waterfront. In the kitchen the cookware was more than sufficient and was new. The toiletries were plentiful and also the towels plentiful and impeccably clean. The excellent condition of the apartment and the kindness of the host ensured that we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Marina!
What could be improved: The building does not have an elevator (but this is clearly specified in the apartment description) and this may be a problem for some guests. It involves walking up a couple of floors, which was fine with us.

1. Marina was the best host ever. We arrived late at night. She made sure we were charged the right price by the taxi. Even though it was very late when we arrived Marina met us at the apartment to show us around and explain things to us .She then spent ages explaining to our children on a map where we should visit while we were in Belgrade. So patient. So thoughtful.
2. Apartment is fabulous. Had a NYC apartment or Parisian apartment vibe about it.
3. Very central. Walking distance to most places of interest in Belgrade. Very close to bus and tram stops.
4. Spotlessly clean.
5. Double bed and 2 singles. Lots of room.
6. Everything you need in the kitchen.
7. AC works brilliantly.
8. Very quiet. Got a great sleep after a long day travelling.
9. Very good value.
10. Felt like we were staying in an apartment belonging to a family friend who had kindly let us stay in their apartment. So homely.

Ms. Marina and her cousin Nenad were extremly kind and hospitable... i mean, it was very hot those days
and Nenad had turned the A/C on several hours before we got there, so it would be cool and nice.
How's that for taking care of customers?
The apartment is at a perfect location (lot of historic and sites of interest are in a walking distance), very clean and comfortable and fully equipped.
