Sometimes the places with the most understated names end up surprising you the most. This little four-star gem sits right in the heart of Vračar, and I mean properly in the neighborhood, not on some touristy strip where you’re paying extra for location without getting the real Belgrade experience.
What actually got me was how the staff just… knew things. Like when I mentioned I was hoping to grab dinner somewhere decent nearby, the guy at reception didn’t just rattle off the usual tourist spots – he told me about this tiny kafana two blocks over where the locals go, and honestly, it ended up being one of the best meals I had in Belgrade. The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained (you can tell they actually care about upkeep here), and the sound insulation is surprisingly good considering you’re right in the middle of a living, breathing neighborhood. I was worried about street noise, but even with the windows open on warm evenings, it’s just the gentle hum of city life – not the jarring traffic you get in some central hotels.
The thing about staying in Vračar is that you’re perfectly positioned without feeling like you’re in a hotel bubble. You can walk to Slavija Square in about ten minutes, or wander down toward the Danube when you want to stretch your legs. There’s a small market practically around the corner where you can grab fresh fruit or those amazing Serbian pastries for breakfast if you’re not in the mood for the hotel’s spread. And speaking of breakfast – it’s not fancy, but it’s real food, and the coffee is actually decent (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given). The whole place has this lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re staying at a well-organized friend’s place rather than some corporate chain. I stayed there during late spring when Belgrade gets really lovely, and honestly, I’d go back. That 9.5 rating isn’t just numbers – it’s earned through all those small details that make traveling feel less like a transaction and more like discovering a place through people who actually care about it.

Free parking was great to have, as it hard to park on street.
Big tv and comfortable.
What could be improved: Dust pan and brush and mop would be great addition so we can sweep and clean floor.
Microwave as well to heat baby bottle.

Everything was fantastic, clean and beautifully furnished. The apartment is cozy, nicely located and close to city center.

Flat was modern, spacious, well equipped, most of the things in it were functional. The host was great, very flexible and communicative.
What could be improved: How the parking works was a bit unclear, the water from the shower was leaking and flooded the whole bathroom.
Convenient location, very nice, helpful and open owners, super AirCondition, we had a great stay there in Timocka3!
