What really got me though was how quiet it stays at night, even with all the construction that’s been going on in this area. I was worried about that, honestly, but the soundproofing is solid. The kitchen has everything you’d actually use (not just the basics they usually dump in), and the bed… well, let’s just say I had trouble getting up most mornings.

Location-wise, you’re walking distance from Galerija Belgrade – that massive shopping center that’s become sort of the anchor for this whole waterfront project. But here’s the thing locals know: if you walk just ten minutes toward the old city, you hit Knez Mihailova pedestrian zone where the real Belgrade energy is. I loved being able to bounce between the sleek, modern waterfront scene and then dive into the gritty, authentic Belgrade just up the hill. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Belgrade will tell you is basically a miracle. The tram stop is right there if you want to explore further out, and honestly, riding the tram along the river in the morning with a coffee became my little daily ritual.
