Nice breakfast, very helpful staff, clean rooms and quiet environment during nights.

SAINT TEN Boutique Hotel, Small Luxury Hotels
You know what struck me first about SAINT TEN?
You know what struck me first about SAINT TEN? It’s tucked away on this quiet street in Vračar – Svetog Save 10 – but honestly, the location is perfect. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Saint Sava Temple (hence the name, I’m guessing), and the whole Vračar district has this sophisticated, residential vibe that most tourists completely miss. The building itself is this beautifully restored piece of Belgrade architecture, and when you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cared about every single detail.
The lobby feels more like stepping into a well-traveled friend’s incredibly stylish apartment than a typical hotel. There’s this mix of Serbian cultural touches and modern luxury that somehow doesn’t feel forced – you’ll see what I mean when you notice the artwork and how they’ve incorporated local materials. The staff genuinely knows the neighborhood, too. When I asked about dinner recommendations, the concierge didn’t just rattle off tourist spots but actually walked me through which places locals go to on different nights of the week. The rooms are smaller than your average luxury hotel (this is a boutique property, after all), but everything feels intentional. The bathrooms have these gorgeous marble details, and honestly, the bed quality is exceptional – I’m someone who usually struggles with hotel mattresses, but I slept better here than I have in months.
What really sets SAINT TEN apart is how it captures that Belgrade energy without the chaos. Vračar is where you want to be if you’re trying to understand what makes this city tick – it’s residential enough that you’ll see actual Serbian life happening around you, but central enough that you can walk to Knez Mihailova pedestrian zone or catch a taxi to the fortress district without any hassle. The hotel itself stays refreshingly quiet (the street isn’t a thoroughfare, thank god), and there’s something about the whole experience that feels… I don’t know, authentic? Like they’re not trying to be a generic luxury box but actually want to show you their version of Belgrade hospitality. Fair warning though – this isn’t a place with a massive gym or sprawling pool area. It’s intimate, thoughtful, and honestly, the 9.2 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there. If you’re looking for that cookie-cutter international hotel experience, go elsewhere. But if you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere that actually belongs in Belgrade – somewhere the locals would approve of – then you’ll get why this place has such a following.

What Our Guests Say
Clean, comfortable, modern
What could be improved: The air-conditioning could be a bit stronger
A very nice and cosy hotel in a lovely part of Belgrade. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. Breakfast is simple but well balanced. Definitely worth staying here.
I strongly recommend this hotel, which has an excellent location and is located in a very quiet street
What could be improved: I booked a classic single room, which was fine but too small. So I requested and paid for an upgrade to an executive room. Even though breakfast was supposed to be complimentary with this upgrade, and I only had just one breakfast at the buffet, they charged me 20 euros per day for breakfasts that I didn't had.
Cute hotel with nice and smiling team taking care of their guests. Very welcoming. And well sized rooms
Very good location, very clean, comfortable, very friendly personnel! Thank you! Enjoyed breakfast and restorant downstairs.
What could be improved: Nope, all great
Everything, great hotel, wonderful staff. What else is needed? Yes, great restaurant and bar.
The location and the spaciousness of the rooms.
What could be improved: The rooms need more light.
Wery nice location, design and managment, excluding junior personal - they can be more attantive. But all staff was wery friendly
What could be improved: Housekeeping staff need in upgreating skills. Spa is whery small. Sometimes breakfast bar was empty long before breakfast time ended
A nice family room, great, kind and attentive staff.
