You know what really got me about One Luxury Suites? It’s tucked away on Čika Ljubina street in a way that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something the tour groups haven’t figured out yet. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Stari Grad – old town Belgrade – but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or overrun. The building itself has this understated elegance that fits perfectly with the cobblestone streets around it, and honestly, walking up to the entrance for the first time, I wasn’t even sure I was in the right place. No flashy signs or doormen, just quality that speaks for itself.
The suites themselves are spacious in a way that actually surprised me – and I’ve stayed in plenty of places that promise “luxury” and deliver a glorified hotel room. Here, you get proper living areas where you can spread out, maybe work if you need to, or just enjoy a glass of wine without sitting on your bed. The kitchenettes are functional too, which comes in handy when you want to grab some fresh bread from the bakery down the street and make yourself a proper breakfast. Speaking of the neighborhood, you’re about a five-minute walk from Skadarlija (the bohemian quarter everyone talks about), but you’re also close enough to Knez Mihailova pedestrian zone that you can easily wander over for shopping or people-watching. The staff clearly knows the area well – they gave me directions to this little kafana that I never would have found on my own, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip.
What really sets this place apart, though, is how quiet it manages to be despite being so central. Belgrade can get pretty lively at night (in the best way), but somehow the suites are insulated from all that street noise. I slept better here than I expected to, which – let’s be honest – doesn’t always happen when you’re staying somewhere new. The 9.6 rating makes sense once you’ve been there; it’s not just about fancy amenities or over-the-top service, it’s about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked well, and when I had a question about getting to Nikola Tesla Airport, they didn’t just hand me a generic printout – they walked me through the best options based on my departure time. Four stars feels about right for the official rating, but it punches above its weight in terms of the actual experience you get.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, both alone and with family and friends. The staff were great. I interacted with a number of them and they were all excellent - friendly and helpful. I was given a small parting gift when I checked out.

Each suite is a gem of design — elegant, thoughtfully curated, and impeccably clean. It's not just a place to sleep; it's a full aesthetic experience that elevates your stay.
Even with our late-night flight, there were no issues with check-in. They were incredibly accommodating, which made all the difference after a long journey.
Highly recommended for those who appreciate beauty, comfort, and exceptional service.
The apartment was ultra, modern, immaculate and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be any better, so close to everything especially the pedestrian promenade. The bathroom was huge and there was adequate space for storage and plenty of mirrors

* Location is amazing. Even we had limited time, we had opportunity to see the most of must see places.

What could be improved: * Our room type was a bit small & no wardrobe in the room. But there were hangers to fix this issue.
Location is perfect, room was very clean, more important staff was very helpful, lovely. Especially Isidora and Marija helped us a lot with their smiling faces, I’m very grateful.

Central location, staff very friendly and welcoming and showed us to our room themselves. There were kitchen facilities in the room to use, which we don’t often find in this kind of hotel. Comfy beds, good storage space
What could be improved: Would be good if there were blackout blinds and maybe a few more plug sockets near the beds

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Excellent location, everything in walking distance. Nice, big rooms, supplied with all the necessary equipment. They arranged a parking for our car! Otherwise it's really difficult to park your car.
Mina, the receptionist was very kind, and helpful. She made our stay even more pleasant!
