I mean, the location on Ugrinovački Put in Zemun isn’t exactly where you’d expect to stumble upon a proper wellness retreat – it’s tucked away in this quieter residential area that most tourists never see. But that’s actually the beauty of it. You’re close enough to the Danube that you can take these lovely evening walks along the embankment (maybe 10 minutes on foot), yet far enough from the hustle of downtown Belgrade that you can actually sleep without car horns waking you up at 6 AM.
The spa facilities here are genuinely impressive – not just some afterthought wellness center they slapped onto a regular hotel. The indoor pool has this nice ambient lighting that makes you want to float there for hours, and honestly, the massage therapists know what they’re doing. I had this deep tissue session that sorted out weeks of desk-job tension. The rooms themselves are clean and modern without being sterile, though I’ll be honest, the furniture is a bit more IKEA-functional than boutique-charming. But the beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi actually works reliably (miracle in itself), and you’ve got decent soundproofing. There’s ample parking too, which anyone who’s tried to park in central Belgrade will appreciate – no circling blocks for 20 minutes here.
What really makes this place work is the staff’s approach to service. They’re attentive without being hovering, you know? The kind of place where they remember your name after day one and can give you proper local recommendations beyond the obvious tourist spots. Speaking of which, you’re perfectly positioned to explore Zemun’s old town – those cobblestone streets and Austro-Hungarian architecture that feel like a completely different city from Belgrade proper. The hotel restaurant does solid Serbian cuisine (their grilled fish is particularly good), and while it’s not going to win any culinary awards, it’s comfort food done right. The breakfast spread is generous enough that you won’t need lunch if you’re heading out for a day of sightseeing. Overall, for a 4-star property, Olympic Wellness delivers on its promises without any pretense – it’s the kind of place where you can unwind properly while still being connected to everything Belgrade has to offer.

Everything was perfect. Man from recepcion was great. Swimingpool is open untill 8 in the evening but there was no problem to go there after 10. Breakfast was ok, rooms are very nice and clean, pillows are brilliant. For sure we will go Beck there next time.
Excellent beds, really. Slept like a baby. There was everything that one could possibly need in a room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to use the pool in the morning, although usually they would only open from noon. They even moved the breakfast from 8am to 7am to cater for our needs, which I found exceptional service. Thank you once again! Please give them a raise! :)
What could be improved: Some people kept on smoking inside the bar, and right outside the back door entrance from the bar. I did not like that and had to ask repeatedly to close the door.
I came for the pool, everything was perfect.
Great hospitality
The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help! They were available 24/7 and even recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant, Restoran Mesara Mandić-M, which served delicious Serbian cuisine. We requested parking in advance, and it was provided without any issues. The entire hotel was impeccably clean.
Nicely appointed hotel/apartment in a suburb of Belgrade, handy for our onward travel northward and so avoiding the city centre. Staff couldn't have been more helpful as we had a problem with a car hire company.
What could be improved: Indoor cigarette smoking but that is endemic in Serbia - even in cafes and restaurants so you just have to live with it. No smoking in the bedrooms, though, which is a bonus.

We arrived in Belgrade to attend a sports event in Stark Arena , so we were looking an accommodation on New Belgrade area ! I was very lucky because Olympic apartments grapped my attention! When we arrived the lady in the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room which was amazing, clean and spacious with the best beds ! Moreover there was an inside swimming pool in the hotel that could be used free of charge and the water was very warm even in December . The boys had a blast ! The breakfast had everything u need, and you can order coffee at the time of breakfast! Lastly , I want to thank the manager who let a stay a bit longer without an extra charge. I highly recommend Olympic to everyone travelling in Belgrade !

I've liked everything. The staff was amazing, they can speak English very well, help you with everything.
I've arrived at 4:00AM in the morning, the check in was easy, they had no problems with me arriving at that time.
The breakfast was in the price, and it was really delicious. You can choose from a lot of things. Big variety in foods. The Spa was cool, the pool is big enough, the jacuzzi was warm and we almost slept in it.
One word than another, everything was amazing, we come back again if we visit Belgrade.
