Fair warning though – there’s no elevator, and you’ll be climbing to the second floor. Honestly, after a day of exploring Belgrade’s hills, those stairs might feel like the final boss battle, but it’s worth it. The whole setup has this intimate, almost residential feel that you just don’t get in those big chain places. What I really love about the location is how genuinely local it feels. You’re in Vračar, which honestly is one of Belgrade’s best-kept secrets for visitors. Most tourists end up in the old town or New Belgrade, but this neighborhood has this authentic, lived-in quality where you’ll actually see how Belgrade works day-to-day. There’s a fantastic bakery just around the corner (the burek is incredible – trust me on this), and you’re close enough to walk to Saint Sava Temple when you’re feeling ambitious, but far enough away that you won’t be dealing with tour bus crowds at 7 AM. The street itself is pretty quiet at night, which is a blessing if you’re trying to recover from Belgrade’s legendary nightlife scene. Parking can be a bit of an adventure in this area – it’s doable but you might need to circle the block a few times during busy periods. Public transport connections are solid though, so honestly, you might not even need a car depending on your plans. What really sets this place apart is that attention to detail you get when someone actually cares about their property rather than just managing it from a spreadsheet somewhere.
