But stepping inside, you know what hits you? It’s actually modern without being sterile, if that makes sense. The kind of place where someone clearly thought about how people really live, not just how apartments look in photos.
The location is what really sold me though. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Slavija Square, which sounds intimidating but it’s actually perfect because you can grab the metro or any bus from there to wherever you need to go. What I loved was being close enough to the action but far enough that you’re not dealing with the weekend chaos from Skadarlija or Knez Mihailova – though both are totally walkable when you want them. The building sits on this tree-lined street where you’ll see actual Belgrade families going about their day, old ladies chatting on benches, that sort of thing. There’s a little bakery around the corner that opens stupidly early (like 6 AM) and the smell of fresh bread actually drifts up sometimes, which is honestly better than any hotel amenity.
The apartment itself – well, it lives up to that 9.1 rating. Everything works properly, which you’d be surprised how refreshing that is. The shower has actual water pressure, the wifi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the kitchen has real dishes, not those flimsy hotel plates that feel like they’ll shatter if you look at them wrong. I particularly appreciated the washing machine because let’s be real, after a few days of exploring Belgrade’s hills and cobblestones, you need to do laundry. The windows face the courtyard so it stays pretty quiet at night, though you’ll hear some street life during the day – nothing obnoxious, just the normal sounds of people living their lives. Parking was actually easier than I expected for this part of the city, though I’d still recommend asking the host about the best spots since some streets have those confusing time restrictions. The whole check-in process was smooth too – none of that awkward waiting around wondering if you’re at the right building. It’s the kind of place where you settle in quickly and start feeling like you’re staying in Belgrade rather than just passing through it, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re trying to get a real feel for the city.

Super Nice, Super Clean, Excellent location, new building. Big living room, separate bedroom. Lots of lights. Highly recommend. Stayed a full week. The host was very helpful.

These were wonderful apartments! this is not my first time traveling to Belgrade, but this apartment is the perfect option. very nice and helpful hosts, they helped a lot and waited for me on the day of arrival. the apartment is new, modern, bright, warm, it has everything you need! very convenient location! The apartment is really great and spacious! Bathroom is very clean, enough place for two people to work remotely, wifi is fast. Location is perfect, there are many nice places around including Aroma supermarket and nice coffee shops. We got to the city centre by walk in about 50 minutes, the areas around were nice as well. I also loved the hosts — very helpful, nice and supportive people 🙏 also a big plus is that there are heating batteries and air conditioner in the apartment and good lighting
What could be improved: Me personally didn’t like the pillows and the bed mattress 🥲couldn’t sleep normally and everyday woke up with neck and back pain. Also would be great if frying pans were in better conditions, as we cooked at home and both two pans were pretty bad
Very nice, high quality building and the flat has all necessary equipment.
What could be improved: Living. Room’s sofa in bad condition, hard to sit on. The property was advertised as non smoking facility but it smells as smoking place and an ash try was put at the balcony door.
Everything was great. The apartment has everything you need for day-to-day living. It is very comfortable and has enough space.

The hosts were very friendly and always quick to respond to our requests. The apartment was sparkling clean and in fantastic condition, with all the equipment necessary for a comfortable stay!
There is a nice children playground in the neighborhood to go with a child.
What could be improved: The instructions for connecting to the free WiFi in the apartment were missing. This created a dilemma when I needed to contact the host about the internet issue but couldn't because I didn't have internet access.
Everything was great. A very comfortable , clean, warm and bright apartment with all the necessary equipment in a new house.

In the Booking was written that they have parking for 20 Eur but when we arrive they said that they only have two places for them self.
Before departure they asked us to do the dishes and collect the garbage.
