I mean, you’re still close enough to hear the city humming, but it’s more like a gentle background soundtrack than the usual Belgrade street symphony. The building itself has that clean, modern look that doesn’t try too hard – you know what I mean? Not flashy, just well-maintained and welcoming.
What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The apartments have this lived-in comfort that’s rare in places that cater to travelers – like someone actually considered what you’d want after a long day of wandering around Kalemegdan or dealing with Serbian bureaucracy (if you’re here on business, you’ll appreciate that reference). The kitchens are properly equipped, not just for show, which matters when you want to grab some fresh kajmak and bread from the local market and have a proper breakfast. Speaking of local stuff – there’s a decent bakery about a five-minute walk away, and honestly, their burek is better than half the touristy spots downtown. The Wi-Fi actually works reliably too, something I’ve learned not to take for granted in this part of the world.
Here’s the thing that really sealed it for me though – the whole experience just flows smoothly. Check-in was straightforward, parking wasn’t a nightmare (and if you’ve driven in Belgrade, you know that’s saying something), and the staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything worked for you. It’s not stuffy or formal, more like staying with friends who happen to run a really well-organized place. The location gives you easy access to both the business district and the old town without being right in the thick of either, which I actually prefer – you can retreat to somewhere peaceful when the city gets overwhelming. And let’s be honest, Belgrade can be a lot sometimes, in the best possible way. The 9.4 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there; it’s one of those places that just gets the basics completely right and then adds enough personality to make you remember why you enjoyed your time there. If you’re looking for something authentic without sacrificing comfort, and you want to feel like you’re experiencing Belgrade rather than just passing through it, this place delivers on that promise.

I booked this apartment for my aunt and uncle and when i checked them in, the host was very nice, the place was very clean and spacious. Beautifully furnished and close to the location they needed.
Would book this for myself in the future as well.

What could be improved: The airport is near so it can be very loud. But if you close the windows it is ok.
Excellent apartment, great price for value, the host was really nice and fast responsive, the aparment is new and beautiful, provided with a fridge, kitchen, iron, washing machine, tv, wifi, hair drier, towels, comfortable bed… everything you need for a pleasant stay. Not in the center but worth it. Acceptable driving distance from everything you wish to see in Belgrade.
Owner of the place sent me all the details before my arrival, super convenient and also suggested options for check in upon my arrival (time and host availability at the place), great communication! It was my second stay there for 1 night within past 1,5 years and both of them went excellent and pleasant. Was staying for a night before flight because it takes only 10 mins by taxi to reach Nikola Tesla airport and all the facilities were at the place, the interior is super cute and cozy, I’d love to stay there for more than just 1 night next time 😌
Owner’s mom met me and explained everything and was ready to help if smth was needed. I can highly recommend this place if you need to reach airport fast
What could be improved: It’s a beautiful place, even tho it’s a little far from the city Center. As my goal was to spend a calm night in a nice place before a long flight for me personally I found no issues or disadvantages

Everything was perfect
Very clean. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The decor is modern. Decent soundproofing. The staff were friendly.
What could be improved: The apartment is part of a complex that is under construction. The outside is unfinished, it is painted black and orange, with white balconies. There are no outside photos of the complex as it doesn't look as nice as the inside. The entrance is on the north side of the building and is not visible from the street. As the apartment is near the airport, planes can be heard with the windows open, but is fine with them closed.
