This place sits right on Bulevar vojvode Bojovića, and I mean right in the thick of things — you’re basically in the pulse of Belgrade without the tourist trap feeling.

the owners of the apartments were very friendly and helped with the fact that we forgot our things in the apartment. the most conscientious and good people. and the apartments themselves are fresh and cozy. one to one as in the photos and in the description
Everything was perfect. The apartment is big, stylish and flawless clean. The district is in the very city center, but at the same time quiet. The best place for families!
We had a wonderful holiday in Belgrade, also thanks to the place where we stayed. I hope not for the last time :)

Really nice flat, a lot of space, a lot of facilities, as the property is very new, there are still some things to be added, already discussed with the host.
What could be improved: Hot water comes from the boiler, that’s why be careful if there are more than 2 people willing to take a shower
Everything! Excellent location - (few minutes from the buzz of Kniaz Mihaylova street, just next to the Kalemegdan park), new building, new large luxury furnished apartment, place in underground parking included.Self check in and out. Host very friendly,responsive and helpful.

I really liked the completeness of the apartment, the comfortable bed, everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location and transport accessibility are excellent.

Very nice Appartment. Very clean and modern. All necessary things are in place, like towels, dish washer and laundry capsules. Coffee machine capsules are also available what is a great benefit. Location is also good in a modern building with coffee shops, bars and a grocery store in 1 minute. Close to city center and Belgrade tower so you can leave a car at the parking lot and move around by feet.
The apartment is exceptionally clean, cozy and was in brand new condition. You have everything you need. The ambient around is nice, with lots of details. Great host!
I am always cautious about booking apartments with few or no reviews. At the time of my early booking, these apartments had no reviews at all. It turned out that it was because they were brand new. Gradually, reviews started to appear, so by the time of our trip, I was completely at ease. We traveled with children, so it was important for us to have several bedrooms and space for privacy. The apartment is spacious, new, and absolutely comfortable. The area is also great for staying with kids — there’s a fortress, a zoo nearby, lots of cafes, and a store right under the windows. The apartments are bright, clean, and warm, with air conditioning in the rooms. There are plenty of dishes, including for cooking, although we preferred not to cook, except for using the coffee machine. We arrived at night, and there was a complimentary snack and water from the hosts in the fridge, which was very timely for us. There is also a washing machine, hairdryer, and iron. The host was always available and answered any questions. We were also allowed a late checkout since our flight was rescheduled to the evening, and it would have been uncomfortable spending a long time at the airport with two small children. Overall, I really enjoyed these apartments and highly recommend them.
What could be improved: There were virtually no downsides, or they were insignificant for us, so nothing spoiled our stay
