Very central, but very quiet location. The apartment is few 10 m's close to the main pedestrian zone of Belgrade AND it is also near the beautiful Kalamegdan Park. Excellent location. Very clean apartment with every necessary amenities you could think of.
What could be improved: This is not within control of the facility. There are currently (end of May 2025) two major construction/renovation projects across the street and it is noisy and busy with big trucks etc. during the day (but you don't hear noise in the apartment). But this will probably be over within couple of weeks.

Look, I've stayed in a lot of places around Belgrade, but this apartment on Rajićeva really caught me off guard – in the best way possible.
Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Belgrade, but this apartment on Rajićeva really caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know how “luxury” gets thrown around everywhere? Well, this actually delivers on it. The moment you walk into those 50 square meters, you get why it’s pulling a 9.6 rating. Everything feels deliberately chosen, from the way the light hits the hardwood floors to the quality of the linens (and I’m someone who notices these things).
What really sold me on this place, though, is the location situation. Being right in the pedestrian zone means you’re basically living in the heart of old Belgrade – I mean, you can stumble out the door and you’re already where everyone wants to be. But here’s the thing most people don’t realize about Rajićeva: it’s actually one of the quieter streets in Stari Grad, especially at night. Sure, you’ll get some foot traffic during the day, but it’s not like staying right on Knez Mihailova where the chaos never stops. I slept with the windows cracked open most nights, which honestly surprised me for a city center location. The building itself has this solid, old-world feel – thick walls that keep out most of the street noise, though you’ll still catch the occasional late-night conversation drifting up from the cobblestones below.
The apartment itself is what I’d call thoughtfully designed rather than just expensive-looking. The kitchen actually works (I made coffee every morning), the bathroom has proper water pressure, and there’s enough space to spread out without feeling like you’re camping in a hotel room. Storage is better than you’d expect too – I actually unpacked for once instead of living out of my suitcase. What really impressed me was how everything felt maintained, not just decorated. You know that feeling when you can tell someone actually cares about the place? That’s this. The WiFi is solid, the air conditioning works quietly, and small details like good lighting and comfortable seating make it feel like someone’s well-appointed home rather than a rental property. Walking to Kalemegdan takes maybe three minutes, the fortress views are right there, and you’re surrounded by some of Belgrade’s best restaurants and bars – but when you want to retreat, this place feels like a proper sanctuary. For the price point and the experience, it’s honestly hard to find anything comparable in the area.

What Our Guests Say
Great location, nice and clean apartment
What could be improved: Nothing
So spacious and comfortable. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful parquetry floors , high ceilings, lovely entrance, very quiet. Very large dining and living area. All the facilities needed for a Short or a long stay.
What could be improved: Loved everything!
Spacious and clean apartment at an excellent location. Just across the Belgrade fortress and in the hart of Belgrade's pedestrian zone. Host was very friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay.
Great location, clean, worm, nice owners.
Location was safe being across the French Embassy. Accessible to Kneza Mihaila, the main pedestrian zone with lots of shops and restaurants. Behind was Belgrade Fortress.
Great hosts, very responsive and kind. Thr apartment was also very quiet.
What could be improved: Nothing!
Proximity to the old town centre, less than 5 minutes walk.
Air conditioner worked well, was quiet and kept apartment cool. Very much needed during our stay.
Some bars and restaurants are in the same street as the apartment, with many more near by, but we did not have any noise after 10:00pm.
Modern, air conditioned, shopping centre very close and had a good supermarket located in lower ground floor of the complex.
Airport shuttle service offered was great and a must to use to get into the city from the airport.
What could be improved: Nothing.
Alex is a great host and I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is well fitted out and in a great location. Check in and check out were both very easy and convenient.
What could be improved: Everything was great.
This is an apartment, so breakfast was not included. The location could not have been better. Central to all we wanted to visit and much was within walking distance. Decent restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The apartment was spacious and ultra clean and tidy. The bedroom and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and large. Fresh bedding and towels were provided regularly throughout our 9-night stay.
The owners were very attentive and offered to turn on the heating at one point when it became a little colder during the night. It wasn't necessary for us, as the temperatures were higher than we experienced back home and the air-conditioning was much more useful.
Alex, the owner, organised a discounted taxi ride from and to the airport and that was very welcome, as we arrived during the evening and really didn't want to negotiate public transport. He couldn't have been more helpful during our stay and messaged us on a couple of occasions to ensure everything was OK and to our satisfaction. Good to have that contact and he certainly didn't overdo this at all. A good balance.
We couldn't have found anything more convenient or suitable. The nearby shopping centre (less than a 5-minute walk) also housed a food supermarket (Maxi) and we didn't need to go anywhere else. Late opening hours made it easy for us to get the things we wanted before returning to the apartment.
We were very pleasantly surprised by what we found in Belgrade and would love to return before too long. Maybe next time we will consider spending a few days in the capital and also rent a car to visit other areas to enjoy the landscape and see what other areas have to offer. I had never considered this country or its capital as a destination for a holiday break, but would heartily recommend Belgrade - and this apartment - to anyone. I think it very unlikely you will find a better place to stay.
What could be improved: Nothing really. If I had to be fussy, I did find the kitchen area a little small. However, although we do some catering for ourselves, most of the time we tend to eat out and enjoy what's on offer in the city, so that didn't prove to be any great hassle.
What I really didn't like was having to leave so soon!
