Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Belgrade apartments, and Comanda LUXURY APARTMENTS actually lives up to its name – which honestly surprised me a bit. When you’re walking down Oblakovska street in Savski Venac, you might almost miss it because the building has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream “luxury” from the outside. But that’s kind of the point, you know? It feels more like staying at a well-connected friend’s incredibly nice place rather than some sterile hotel.
The location is what really sold me on this place. You’re right in the heart of things without being stuck in the tourist chaos – I mean, you can walk to Knez Mihailova in about fifteen minutes, but you’re also close enough to the Sava riverfront that you can actually hear the water if you open your windows at night (which I did constantly because the area stays surprisingly quiet for being so central). There’s this little bakery around the corner that the locals hit up every morning around 7 AM, and honestly, following that coffee smell became my daily routine. The apartments themselves are spacious in a way that most European city stays just aren’t – I’m talking actual room to spread out your stuff, not just a bed crammed next to a tiny desk.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail that you don’t expect from apartment-style accommodations. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to cook (and the Zeleni Venac market is close enough that I found myself buying fresh produce way more than I planned). The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like it does in half the places I’ve stayed, and there’s decent water pressure – look, these things matter when you’re trying to get ready in the morning. The building’s got this old Belgrade charm but with updated everything, so you get character without dealing with creaky floors or temperamental heating. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which anyone who’s driven in Belgrade will tell you is basically a miracle. I stayed during late spring when the city really comes alive, and while I could hear people enjoying themselves in the evenings, it never crossed the line into actually disruptive. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s the kind of place that gets the fundamentals right and then adds thoughtful touches that make you want to extend your stay.

Clean,bright,everything you have for staying, comfortable bed and sofa, big dining place, big kitchen, nice refrigerator and washing machines. Close to center, we are satisfied.
What could be improved: Nothing
The price/quality was excellent. Everything was very good.
It was so clean, everythung smelled really nice. There was a parking spot which made everyrhing easier. The location is a little bit far from the city center, but there are local buses. We parked the car in a public parking in the city center so it was not that big of a deal.
What could be improved: The walls are a bit thin you can hear the other residents.

The apartment has the best location possible - on a quiet place that is a 5mins walk from both stadiums and from Sava. It is near the center, it's spacious, has a few bus stops, markets, restaurants, a pizza place, money exchange places, places for breakfast, a non stop shop, ATMS and more. The place is extremely clean always smelling amazing, it has air conditioning a big bed, a TV and what not. The staff was so amazing and always answering any and all of our question within minutes. The place also has the most amazing bathroom - there is always warm water, a big shower, beautiful mirrors, it's always warm and in the apartment is filled with more towels, pillows, comforters, tea and coffee, glasses and more.
What could be improved: -

Has all amenities and the balcony is very nice .
The location is very helpful either by feet to the centre .
If you are searching for easy free parking near the centre , and clean apartments you have to choose this one .
What could be improved: Everything was exactly how we liked it
Beautiful and functional apartment. Relatively far from the tourist attractions to go on foot but in an ideal location if you have a car. Direct and easy access to main roads in every direction and easy and free parking space.
Location, warm and clean room
Short walk from trams and buses to the city centre. Quiet area. Well maintained room.
What could be improved: It was a bit hard to find. Once you get used to the area, it’s okay.
Everything was amazing , the location the clean of the house and the host is amazing and available all the time
