Good location, many hidtorical places were in the distsnce of 15-20 mins walk, nice view from the balcony, some tea and sugar were provided, it appeared to be a small studio with 2 single beds, and from the pics i was expecting a bit different appartment, all you need for a few days was in the appartment, small kitchen, fridge, wifi, the owner was responding via booking, toilet paper was provided for a stay, many shops around, cafes in the distance of 7-15 mins, transport was around
What could be improved: Pictures were not corresponding to what was in reality, I guess what you see on booking web page is the summary of 2 different appartments and not of the one, so I was confused. at the reception of the apartment center, the security didn't speak any other language but Serbian. In the apartment there was a lot of dust on the furniture, standing lamps, in the dishes. Also was unclear how to use cooking stove, I could not switch it on and there was no instruction, no soap/shampoo in the shower

Boutique Apartments 360º
Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I first walked up to Boutique Apartments 360º on Skenderbegova – the entrance is pretty understated, which I actually love because it means you're not dealing with tour groups clogging up the lobby.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first walked up to Boutique Apartments 360º on Skenderbegova – the entrance is pretty understated, which I actually love because it means you’re not dealing with tour groups clogging up the lobby. But once you’re inside, you get why this place has that 8.7 rating. The apartments have this clean, modern vibe without feeling sterile, and the 360º thing in the name makes sense when you realize how thoughtfully they’ve designed the spaces to make the most of natural light.
What really won me over is the location – I mean, you’re literally in Stari Grad, so you can walk to Kalemegdan Park in about ten minutes, and the bohemian quarter of Skadarlija is practically around the corner. You know what’s great? Being able to grab fresh burek from one of the local bakeries for breakfast instead of paying hotel prices for mediocre pastries. The street itself is pretty quiet, especially compared to some of the main drags nearby, though you’ll hear the occasional tram rumbling by – not enough to keep you awake, just enough to remind you you’re in a real neighborhood. Parking can be a bit tricky (welcome to Belgrade’s old town), but the staff actually knows which spots are usually available and when, which saved me a lot of circling around.
The apartments themselves feel more like staying in a friend’s really well-appointed place than a typical hotel room. Each one’s a bit different – mine had these great tall windows and hardwood floors that creaked just enough to feel authentic. The kitchen setup is actually functional, not just for show, which matters if you want to store some of that amazing cheese from the Zeleni Venac market or make proper coffee in the morning. Staff-wise, they’re helpful without being hovering – they’ll give you solid restaurant recommendations that aren’t just tourist traps, and they seem to genuinely know the city. I stayed there in late spring, and honestly, the whole area comes alive around that time. You’ve got people spilling out of the kafanas in the evening, street musicians setting up near the fortress, and this general energy that makes you want to wander around instead of just crashing in your room. It’s not the fanciest place in Belgrade, but it feels authentic in a way that a lot of boutique spots try for and miss.

We had really happy.
What could be improved: Everything was so good. Nothing to say bad.
Good location, big size room, quiet, easy to take the keys and pay at reception, building has elevator
The location is awesome, close to the center, old Belgrade is worth exploring too. Lots of great places to eat nearby. The building itself is pretty modern and clean. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. Both check in and check out were entirely hassle-free. Room was clean and reminded me of the EVH guitar, I dig it.
What could be improved: Some of the furniture in the room had seen better days, you can kind of tell these were built for renting purposes, as there are some corners cut if you begin looking into it. Completely negligible overall and I wouldn't say it impacted my stay personally.
Great location. New building. Pretty apartment. 24h check-in/check-out. Quiet street. A lot of cafes, restaurants, bars nearby. In overall, definitely worth the money.
The location was great, lovely neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and clean.
What could be improved: There was a bit of confusion on arrival, but it was sorted out eventually. Would be nice to have water, tea and coffee in the room too.
Convenient, safe, central location. Coffee shops, bars, supermarkets close by. Kitchenette area and small balcony area. Walking distance to everything, smooth check-in.
What could be improved: Beds / sofa beds in the twin room apartment not very comfortable but okay for a couple of nights. No shampoo/ body wash.
Great location. Cute balcony and a nice small kitchen. Security guards were friendly. Would highly recommended
