You know what struck me first about the Belgrade Waterfront Lux Apartment? It’s actually on Bulevar Vudroa Vilsona – which sounds intimidating but honestly, everyone just calls it the waterfront boulevard. The building itself has that sleek, modern vibe that screams “new Belgrade” without being obnoxiously flashy. I mean, this whole area has transformed dramatically over the past few years, and staying here puts you right in the middle of that energy.
The apartment itself – well, it lives up to that 9.1 rating. Everything feels deliberately chosen, from the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light to the kitchen that’s actually functional (you’d be surprised how many “luxury” places skimp on counter space). What I really appreciated was the attention to those little details that matter when you’re settling in for more than a night or two. The Wi-Fi is solid, the shower pressure is excellent, and there’s proper blackout curtains – honestly, these things can make or break a stay. The view depends on which side you get, but even the courtyard-facing units are quiet, which is saying something in Belgrade.
Location-wise, you’re about a ten-minute walk from Kalemegdan Fortress, and the Sava promenade is literally right there when you step outside. I loved the morning walks along the river – it gets busy with joggers and dog walkers around 7 AM, but there’s something energizing about it. The neighborhood has this interesting mix of ultra-modern developments and old Belgrade grit just a few blocks inland. You’ll find decent restaurants within walking distance (try the seafood place two blocks down toward the old town), though the immediate area can feel a bit sterile compared to the bohemian quarters like Skadarlija. Parking was surprisingly manageable – there’s a garage in the building, which saves you from the street parking lottery that plagues most of central Belgrade. The staff speaks excellent English and actually seems to know the city well enough to give you real recommendations, not just tourist trap suggestions. Check-in was smooth, though I’d suggest confirming your arrival time because the reception isn’t 24/7.
If I’m being completely honest, the only downside is that you’re somewhat removed from Belgrade’s legendary nightlife scene – but that might be a plus if you value sleep over stumbling home from floating river clubs at 4 AM.

Udobno in čisto, prijazna lastnica.
What could be improved: Lastnica se je pozno javila. Stanovanje je majhno. Razgled ni bil tak kot na vseh fotografijah.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert war ich vom Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Stadt – ein echtes Highlight, das den Aufenthalt besonders wertvoll gemacht hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut, und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
What could be improved: Einzige kleine Bemerkung: Es wäre praktisch, wenn es zwei Decken in der Wohnung gäbe.
Design and communication with the host.
What could be improved: Pillows are very uncomfortable - we both had a headache after sleeping. It would be nice to change them or put another 2 to have a choice.

The position was convenient foe walking to the centre. The receptionists for the whole building were very helpful.
What could be improved: The apartment was not clean. The floor rugs were dusty and unwashed. The outdoor furniture and cushions was dusty. The washing machine did not work. The bed linen was cheap and coarse. The extra bed was placed in front of clothes cupboard so the vupboards were inaccessible. Most of the equipment was cheap and the plates and cutlery mismatched. In the six days I was there, no one came to clean the premises, which meant that they cleaned the whole apartment in 3 hours between guests leaving and those arriving.
Situated in the Belgrade Waterfront luxurious and excellent new residential area with great concept, surrounded with different stores, markets , coffee and pastry places, restoraunt, recreational parks and many more, this apartment is worth every penny.
It looks exactly like in the pictures and has everything that you need( fully equipped kitchen, iron board, even washing machine), comfy bed ,wide terrace etc.
It has easy connectivity with every spot in the city, since the bus stops are right across the street from the main entrance of the building. Near is the bus station and Kiosk's, where you can buy your daily tickets (valid for bus and trams respectively) which costs 120 dinari(1 eur).
The property has a parking spot in level -2 in the garage, and you can arrange this with the host Sladjana, who was so polite and she waited for us in front of the building to deliver the keys,providing additional guidance for our pleasant stay.
