Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Belgrade apartments, and honestly? This place on Beogradska Street surprised me in the best way. You know how sometimes “luxury” in apartment listings means they just threw some fancy pillows on IKEA furniture? Well, Belgrade Center Apartment Lux II actually delivers on the lux part – I mean, the bathroom alone had heated floors, which was a godsend during my February visit when Belgrade’s winter was doing its thing.
The location is what really sold me though. You’re right in Vračar, which locals will tell you is the sweet spot – residential enough that you’re not dodging tourist groups every morning, but you can literally walk to Svetogorska Street in five minutes for some of the city’s best kafanas. I actually discovered this tiny bakery called Hleb & Kifle just two blocks down that became my daily ritual (their burek is ridiculous). The tram stop on Kralja Milana is maybe a seven-minute walk, so getting to Knez Mihailova or the fortress is dead simple. What I loved most was hearing actual neighborhood life – kids playing in the courtyard, older Serbian ladies chatting on benches – instead of the usual city center chaos.
The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental. The kitchen was properly equipped – I’m talking real knives, not those useless butter knives most places give you – and there’s this gorgeous wooden dining table where I ended up working most mornings with coffee and the windows open. The host, Marko, met me personally for check-in and gave me this whole rundown of local spots that weren’t in any guidebook. He even left a bottle of Serbian wine and some homemade ajvar, which… I mean, who does that? The WiFi was solid (I was working remotely), and honestly, the bed was better than my last two hotel stays in much pricier cities. Only tiny complaint – the shower pressure could be stronger, but that’s pretty standard for older Belgrade buildings. The 8.7 rating makes total sense; it’s those little thoughtful touches that bump it up from just “nice” to “I’d definitely book this again.” If you want to experience Belgrade like you actually live there for a few days, rather than just passing through, this is your spot.

Check in was very easy, the host was very responsive and the locality is good, although not too close to tourist spots.
What could be improved: This apartment faces a busy road and the noise didn't let us sleep at all. The pictures gave a more newish apartment look and we felt it really didn't look the same. There was also no flexibility on the check out time by even a small margin.
Location, size & facilities were great.
What could be improved: The radiator made a loud & incessant noise with no possiblity to turn it off.

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i dostupno, a apartman prostran. Nedostatak udobnosti kreveta na rasklapanje i problemi sa roletnama su sitnice koje bi mogli poboljšati. Parking je dostupan, ali se dodatno naplaćuje. Uglavnom dobar boravak, ali prostor može biti uredniji.
What could be improved: Sofa na razvlačenje nije baš udobna za spavanje. Buka tokom večeri i ranog jutra koja dolazi spolja - saobraćaj.

What could be improved: Parking is not free. Sofa bed is unconfortable, one chair was brokken. Generaly, apartment is ok but definately it is nor Lux.
A város közepén, udvarban parkolóval, jó elosztású kellemes 3. emeleti, erkélyes apartman, liftes házban. Gyalog bárhova, minden sétatávolságra van. A tulajdonos kedves, korrekt.
What could be improved: Az elhelyezkedésének hátránya a zaj. Egy forgalmas úton van, villamos a ház előtt jár, az autók még éjjel is dudáltak. Aki csendesebb helyhez van szokva, az garantáltan nem alszik. De erröl a tulaj nem tehet. És pont ez az elhelyezkedés az előnye is.
Beutifull , comfort apartment with parking, exellent wi-fi. Grate host , thank you for everything . My recomandations for this apartment, I will come back for sure.
