Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to the Belgrade Waterfront area – I mean, it’s one of those massive development projects that can feel pretty soulless, you know? But this Beldorado studio on Vudroa Vilsona completely changed my perspective. The building itself sits right in the heart of this gleaming new district, and when you step into unit 303, you immediately get why this place is pulling those ridiculous 9.9 ratings.
The “Royal Luxury” part of the name actually isn’t just marketing fluff – they’ve really gone all out with the finishes here. The kitchen setup is what first caught my attention (granite countertops that probably cost more than my car), but it’s the little touches that make it feel special. Like, the coffee machine is this sleek Nespresso thing, and they’ve stocked it with decent pods, not the cheap stuff you usually find in rentals. The bathroom has this rainfall shower that honestly made me reconsider my own plumbing situation back home. What really sold me though was the view – you’re looking out over the Sava River, and on clear mornings you can see all the way to New Belgrade across the water.
Location-wise, you’re basically living in Belgrade’s attempt at creating a mini-Manhattan, which sounds weird but actually works pretty well. The Kula Belgrade tower is right there if you want to feel fancy, and there’s a decent shopping mall (Galerija Belgrade) about a five-minute walk away when you need groceries or just want to escape the heat. The waterfront promenade is perfect for evening walks – gets busy on weekends but stays pretty peaceful during weekday mornings. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since this whole area is still figuring itself out, but the building has its own garage situation sorted. I will say, if you’re someone who needs to be in the thick of old Belgrade’s nightlife scene, you’ll be taking a lot of taxis or walks across the bridge – Skadarlija and that whole area feels like a different world from here. But honestly? After a day of exploring the city, coming back to this quiet, polished space with that river view was exactly what I needed. The check-in process was smooth too – they’ve got it down to a science with keyless entry and everything. Just don’t expect the authentic Belgrade grit here; this is more like staying in a really nice bubble that happens to overlook the Danube.

Location was excellent, modern large shopping centre within walking distance, many great restaurants and cafes and shopping within walking distance. A supermarket within a couple of minutes walk and city area not far .
A great apartment! Great location, 20min walk from the city center. Amazing neighbourhood. Garage available and very convenient when travelling by car. Very kind landlords and a great communication with them. Recommend it!
Wonderfully located in the heart of Belgrade Waterfront. Sparkling clean, equipped excellently with all appliances and a nice balcony. The bed was so comfortable and the linen of the highest quality. Safe and convenient underground parking. Very polite hosts and very polite receptionists on the building. Well done and see you again!!

The location is pretty cool & awesome. Its part of the Belgrade Waterfront development. Its the new Belgrade. Not far from Old Town. Bus & Tram right near by. Variety of restaurants by the waterfront. One of the best studio apartments we have stayed in. It actually looks even better than the pics. Awesome host. Stojan was super responsive and helpful. Any queries, he was available to address. We would definitely stay again, and recommend for couples to stay.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is very chic, and at the same time very useful, offering you all the facilities. The whole arrangement & design offers you increased comfort with many details that make the difference, from the extremely large and comfortable bed, to the space provided by the tastefully built-in TV and to the ambient lights that give you a super plus at night . We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that were offered some coolers in the fridge, especially since we arrived very late. The location near the water's edge is excellent, with nice balcony , in a new complex of apartments, with a lot of facilities in the area, from shops, to pharmacies, terraces and restaurants.
We will definitely come back!
Wow! Just wow! So overwhelmed with hospitality! The location is a star on it’s own, very quiet yet in most central part of Belgrade, we were sceptic about size of the flat, but don’t even think about it it’s so beautifully organised you won’t miss a thing. There’s absolutely everything you might need. Well done. We are so impressed and would love to come here again!
