The Waterfront area has this modern, almost sterile feel that some travelers love and others find too polished, but honestly, after a day of exploring Belgrade’s more chaotic neighborhoods, coming back to this calm, organized space feels perfect. Plus, parking is way easier here than anywhere in Stari Grad – the building has a garage, which if you’ve ever tried to park in central Belgrade, you’ll know is basically a luxury. The 9.8 rating makes sense once you’re here; it’s one of those places where the small things are done right, and the bigger things (location, space, amenities) are pretty much exactly what you’d want. Just don’t expect it to feel like traditional Belgrade – this is the city’s modern face, for better or worse.
