But this place actually lives up to its sweet reputation. The apartment sits right on Omladinskih brigada, which puts you in the heart of New Belgrade’s residential area where real Belgrade life happens, not the touristy cobblestone stuff (though that’s nice too, just different).
What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s set up here. The owner clearly gets what travelers need – there’s proper counter space in the kitchen (you know how rare that is in European apartments), the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the whole place, and the shower has decent water pressure. The building itself is one of those typical Yugoslav-era blocks, but don’t let that fool you – inside, it’s been renovated with a modern touch while keeping some of that authentic Belgrade character. You’re on the fourth floor, so there’s a bit of a climb if the elevator’s acting up, but honestly, the views over the neighborhood make it worth it. Plus, you get to see how locals really live in this part of the city.
The location is where this place really shines, and I don’t mean in that generic “convenient location” way travel sites always say. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Sava riverfront where Belgrade’s famous splavovi (floating clubs) line the water – perfect for those long summer nights when the city comes alive. The Usce shopping center is close enough for groceries or whatever you need, but far enough that you’re not dealing with crowds. And here’s something most visitors don’t realize: this part of Novi Beograd connects you to both the old city across the river and the business district without the hassle of staying right in the middle of everything. The trams run regularly from nearby stops, though honestly, walking along the Sava to Kalemegdan fortress is one of those experiences you shouldn’t miss anyway. The apartment gets a 9.3 rating for good reason – it’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re staying in someone’s well-loved home rather than a sterile hotel room, but with all the amenities you actually need. The only minor thing I’d mention is that street-facing windows can get a bit of traffic noise during rush hour, but that’s city life, and it quiets down pretty early in the evening.

It was easy to find keys and get in apartment. Location was amazing. Host was really friendly
What could be improved: Wifi is a bit slow. It happened one or tow times that there was no internet at all. When it was there wifi had one or two bars.
The apartment is way better than it looks on pictures.
Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Equipped wery well for short and long stay.

The apartment is fully equipped with all stuff you would need for daily living. the location is very good, in walking distance to trade centers, and many transport options to get to any part of the city.
The stuff is nice and helpful. I got answers on all my questions in a short time after booking. Check-in & Check-out were simple.

What could be improved: The dishwasher didn't work, and the kitchen toilet and washing machine were very close, which was very crowded, and the network was also very poor.

Excellent apartment. It is spacious and even has a dedicated workspace (a desk and an office chair), so one can work from home. All needed amenities are there. The host is super nice, we had real pleasure communicating with him.
What could be improved: The internet could have been faster, it was not easy to work with that speed. I assume it is allowed to smoke in the apartment, since when we checked in there was a rather strong cigarette smell inside.
This was a great place to stay. Milos has thought of everything needed for an extended stay. He was proactive in communication and in terms of arranging to collect keys and payment. The place had everything one needs to stay for a few days - washing machine (including dryer!), cutlery, good wifi, utensils and pots/pans for cooking. Additionally, Milos had ensured the place was well stocked for different travellers tastes, including having tea and coffee and kettle! The flat was very clean and there also were supplies needed for people to clean up as they went such as kitchen roll, loo roll, washing up liquid, and cleaning sprays. There is also a mini off-licence/convenience store nearby to get anything needed food-wise for the stay. It was a great flat and the stay was very comfortable. I would come back again.
What could be improved: The only downside is that the flat is in a tall building in New Belgrade, which in itself is an expensive area of the city, though a bit far from City Centre so one would need to be familiar with the buses. That said, it is on a direct bus route with many buses nearby that go straight into the City Centre.
I liked the location very much, city center is only 15mins away by bus. The flat is the perfect size and is equipped with everything one can possibly need. I would highly recommend it!
