You know what caught me off guard about The View Belgrade Waterfront? It’s actually in this sleek glass tower called the Aqua building, and when you walk into the lobby, you immediately get why they named it “The View.” I mean, the floor-to-ceiling windows face directly out over the Sava River, and on a clear day you can see all the way across to New Belgrade’s skyline. The whole Savski Venac area has been transforming rapidly – it’s like watching a city reinvent itself in real time.
The rooms are honestly impressive for a four-star place. Everything feels deliberately chosen rather than just functional, if that makes sense. The beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how many Belgrade hotels miss this basic requirement), and the bathrooms have this modern, almost minimalist feel without being cold. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – even though you’re right in the heart of the action near the waterfront promenade, the building’s design blocks out most of the street noise. The air conditioning works properly too, which becomes crucial during those sweltering July and August weeks when Belgrade turns into a furnace.
Here’s what locals won’t tell you but you’ll figure out quickly: the location is actually genius. You’re walking distance from Kalemegdan Fortress – maybe fifteen minutes if you take your time – but you’re also right by all the new waterfront development with its restaurants and cafes. The staff seems to genuinely know the area well; they pointed me toward this little bakery on Hercegovačka street that I never would have found otherwise. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprise fees or complicated key card situations. The whole experience felt refreshingly straightforward, honestly. I’ve stayed in places with half the rating that cost twice as much and delivered a fraction of the comfort. The 9.9 rating isn’t some inflated number – it reflects the fact that they’ve managed to nail the basics while adding just enough special touches to make you remember why you chose this place over the generic international chains scattered around the city.

The best of the best. A true gem located in the most popular location in Belgrade. Astonishing view, especially if you love sunsets and waking up to the most beautiful sunrise. Everything was perfectly clean and equiped with neccesaary amedities. Host is amazing and adaptable in every way. 10/10 would definatelly visit again.

The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views of the iconic Belgrade Kula. The convenience of having parking available and easy access to the garage made our stay even more stress-free. The apartment itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully prepared with amenities like coffee, slippers, and plenty of towels.
Our host, Sladjana, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication before our arrival was smooth and timely, and she provided all the necessary information to ensure a seamless experience. Despite our early arrival, she graciously allowed us to check in ahead of time, which we deeply appreciated.
What truly sets Sladjana apart is her thoughtfulness. She remembered my birthday and sent a heartwarming message to make the day even more special. She also accommodated a slightly later check-out since the next guests weren’t arriving immediately, which was incredibly kind of her.
If I could give this place a rating of 100, I would! I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone visiting Belgrade and will absolutely return in the future. Thank you, Sladjana, for making our stay so memorable!

Amazing view from the apartment of the most luxurious part of Belgrade. Modern and new apartment with all amenities, all necessary appliances are available on one trip, even if you forget hygiene - in the bathroom has everything you need.
