This place actually lives up to its name in the best possible way. The moment you step into this 105-square-meter space on Strahinjića Bana, you get it. It’s sleek, modern, and has this tech-savvy vibe that somehow works perfectly in Stari Grad’s historic setting.
The real star here is that 36-square-meter terrace – honestly, photos don’t do it justice. I spent my first morning out there with coffee, looking out over the neighborhood’s mix of old Serbian architecture and newer developments, and it just felt right. The space is smartly designed too; they’ve got this open-plan thing going that doesn’t feel cramped like some city apartments do. Actually, the whole setup reminds me of those converted loft spaces you see in trendy neighborhoods, except here you’re paying Belgrade prices instead of Silicon Valley ones (thank god). What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being right in the city center – the building’s solid, and you’re high enough up that street noise isn’t really an issue.
Here’s what nobody tells you about staying in Stari Grad: you’re walking distance from basically everything that matters, but not in that touristy, overpriced way. There’s this little bakery around the corner that opens ridiculously early, and you can walk to Kalemegdan Park in maybe ten minutes if you take the scenic route. The building itself is easy to find – I was worried about the whole check-in process since it’s an apartment rental situation, but it was surprisingly smooth. Parking can be a bit of a hunt during busy periods (weekends especially), but that’s true for most of central Belgrade anyway. The apartment comes with all the tech you’d expect – good WiFi, smart TV setup, modern kitchen that actually works – plus little touches that show someone thought about what travelers really need. I mean, they even had phone chargers by the bed, which is the kind of detail that makes you think “these people get it.” At a 9.4 rating, you might expect it to be perfect, and while it’s not quite that (the shower pressure could be stronger, if I’m being picky), it’s definitely one of those places where you immediately start planning your next visit to Belgrade just so you can stay here again.

It was great, superb location , close to nice local restaurants , not far from anything you want to see in the center and we absolutely loved the terrace ( for breakfast or an evening drink). I would book it again if I was going to Belgrade.

Amazing place with huge history and amazing Belgrade vibe!
The location was excellent, allowing us to reach most destinations within 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood was lively, with plenty of bars and cafes surrounding the house. Inside, the house was impeccably clean and comfortably accommodated our group of five friends. The decor was charming, and the terrace added a lovely touch, though we couldn’t make use of it due to the winter season.
Despite this, the abundance of cleaning supplies reassured us about the house's upkeep. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The host, Luka, was exceptionally kind and attentive, promptly addressing any questions we had. If you're planning a trip to Belgrade, this is undoubtedly a fantastic place to stay!
Excellent Apartment in a Prime Location!
We had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. It was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. The central location made it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spacious, stylish and very clean. The host was extremely friendly, attentive, and responded promptly to all our inquiries. Parking was hassle-free, which was a big plus. We also loved the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace. We were thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Highly recommended!
The apartment is beyond expectation, perfect for comfortable and joyful vacation in Belgrade. The terrace is great for breakfasts and evenings. It has a dish washer and washing machine which is super useful! The host is helpful and kind.
