No private parking included in the price. Just public parking that you have to pay for. It was VERY expensive for one night. 150 euros for one night for 3 adults and one small child 4 years old. The owner gave us 50 euros cleaning charge for one night. He also asked for 75 euros deposit when we arrived (this was not communicated with us upfront). In the morning he gave us back the deposit. It was an old Building so 150 euros for a night in a non-season time was very stiff. Would not recommend for that amount of money.

ParkWest Arena Belgrade Lux Apartment
So I ended up at this ParkWest Arena Belgrade Lux Apartment on Bulevar Dr.
So I ended up at this ParkWest Arena Belgrade Lux Apartment on Bulevar Dr. Zorana Đinđića, and honestly? It’s one of those places that grows on you. First impression walking in – the lobby’s got that modern Belgrade vibe going on, you know, sleek but not trying too hard. The apartment itself feels more spacious than typical hotel rooms, which makes sense since you’re basically in Novi Beograd where they actually had room to build things properly.
What really struck me about this place is how it sits right in the heart of where Belgrade’s actually happening these days. I mean, you’re walking distance from the Ušće Shopping Center – and before you roll your eyes about being near a mall, trust me, that’s where half the city hangs out on weekends. The location puts you close enough to the old town that you can easily hop over the Sava, but you’re staying in the part of Belgrade that locals actually live in day-to-day. The boulevard can get pretty busy during rush hour (around 7-8 AM and 5-6 PM), but there’s something oddly comforting about hearing the city come alive outside your window. Plus, parking’s actually manageable here – which anyone who’s tried to park in Stari Grad will appreciate.
The apartment setup works really well if you’re staying more than a couple nights. There’s a proper kitchen area, not just one of those mini-fridge situations, so you can grab some kajmak and prosciutto from the nearby markets and actually make yourself at home. The staff seemed genuinely helpful when I needed directions – they pointed me toward this little bakery about two blocks down that does incredible burek in the mornings. Honestly, the 7.8 rating feels about right; it’s solid without being flashy, comfortable without being luxurious. Some of the furniture’s a bit generic (that IKEA-ish look you see everywhere), and the Wi-Fi gets a little spotty during peak evening hours when everyone’s streaming, but nothing that ruins the experience. What I really appreciated was how quiet it got at night – for being on a main boulevard, the windows do a decent job keeping the noise down. If you’re looking for a place that feels like you’re actually staying in Belgrade rather than just passing through, this works. You’ll end up walking the same streets as people heading to work, shopping where families do their weekly groceries, and getting a real sense of how this city moves.

What Our Guests Say
Lokacija odlična
The owner Vladan was waiting form us, and he delivered the Keys and help us to enter to the flat. All was very good.
What could be improved: All was very good, nothing to complain about.
The apartment is comfortable and in a good location
What could be improved: The apartment was dirty, all the furniture was dusty, all surfaces were full of dust. The floor is very dirty. For that price, it's not right. The apartment should be much neater and cleaner for the price you're asking for. Disappointing.
Location was perfect really central, close to Mercator Shopping, close to Hotel Yugoslavia location and Zemun key is nao far too, plenty of local Pubs are within minutes away, so we went for pint of beer and friends meeting easily.
What could be improved: All was good
It has many rooms to accomodate big family and big living room which is good, so the kids have a space to play.
What could be improved: The small toilet could be a challenge for tall person
Great location, next to green parks.
What could be improved: Nothing. All was great
Lokacija je odlična, u blizini ima barova, restorana, dobro povezan gradski prevoz. Oko zgrade ima puno parking mesta. Stan je prostran, kreveti su udobni.
Beautiful apartment, great architecture, lovely location. Belgrade leaves good memories always.
The apartment is very comfortable with good location. The host is very friendly and supportive. The value for money is good. If you are a big company or family from 7-8 people, this apartment is the right choice as for short as for long stay in Belgrade.
