Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around Belgrade, and honestly? The New Belgrade Premium Hotel caught me off guard in the best way possible. When you first pull up to Тошин бунар 222, you’re in this sort of residential-meets-business district area that feels authentically Belgrade without the tourist crowds breathing down your neck. The building itself has that sleek, modern look that doesn’t try too hard – you know what I mean? It’s not screaming “luxury” at you, but there’s definitely something polished about it.
What really got me was how the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood. I mean, when I asked about grabbing coffee nearby, the guy at the front desk didn’t just point me toward the hotel restaurant – he told me about this little café two blocks down where locals hang out, and honestly, it became my morning ritual. The rooms themselves are spacious (and I’m picky about this stuff), with these huge windows that let in tons of natural light. The bed was one of those where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re drowning in pillows, and the bathroom – well, let’s just say the shower pressure was impressive enough that I actually mentioned it to my wife when I called home. Small things, but they matter when you’re trying to feel human after a long day of meetings or sightseeing.
Here’s the thing about this place that I didn’t expect – the sound levels are fantastic. New Belgrade can get pretty busy, especially during rush hour, but somehow this hotel manages to keep things quiet without making you feel like you’re in a tomb. I actually kept my window cracked most nights because the area settles into this nice peaceful rhythm after dark. The 9.5 rating makes sense once you’re there for a day or two – it’s not flashy or over-the-top, but everything just works smoothly. Check-in was quick, the elevators are fast (seriously, why do some hotels have elevators that take forever?), and there’s decent parking if you’re driving around the city. The location puts you close enough to cross into old Belgrade when you want that historic vibe, but far enough away that you can actually relax when you get back. It’s the kind of place where you’d bring your parents if they were visiting, or where you’d book again for a work trip without thinking twice about it.

What could be improved: Exhaust fan that was very loud and next to my room so I couldn't leave the balcony door open in the evening, room #26.

Very clean, nicely designed hotel with wonderful facilities, the best food and amazing staff.
perfect location to my office. bus stations with and supermarkets with in 5 minutes walk. nice pool and brand new rooms. the balcony is so easy for smokers like me. the staff really treat you as friend. having been dinner all two weeks in the hotel resturant, great selection of breakfast and dinner at reasonable price. awesome bed and room isolation. fantastic experience.
What could be improved: the room staffs are a bit thrifty. had to leave a note when the booth paste is used up. but then got more than I needed😀 also it will be great if there is a shower room to keep the bathroom dry (not that used to a bath)
