The building sits right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything but not drowning in tourist chaos – and trust me, that 9.9 rating isn’t some fluke.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The apartment feels like someone actually lives there, you know? Not that sterile hotel vibe where you’re afraid to touch anything. The kitchen’s properly stocked (I’m talking real coffee, not those sad little packets), and the living space has this natural light that just pours in during the morning hours. You can actually see the Sava from the windows, which – honestly – never gets old. The whole Savski Venac area has this energy to it, especially in the evenings when people are walking along the waterfront. It’s not loud exactly, but there’s this gentle hum of life happening that I found pretty comforting.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: parking is way easier than you’d expect for this part of the city, and the grocery situation is solid – there’s a decent market about three minutes’ walk that has everything you need without the markup you usually get near tourist areas. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby. What really sealed it for me though was the location’s flexibility. You can walk to Knez Mihailova when you want that classic Belgrade experience, but you can also just hang out by the water when the city feels like too much.
