You know what struck me first about Luxury Apartments Belgrade? It’s tucked away in this residential block on Sutjeska street in Palilula β honestly, I almost walked past it because it doesn’t scream “hotel” from the outside. But that’s actually part of its charm. You’re staying in what feels like a proper Belgrade neighborhood, not some tourist bubble. The building itself is solid Communist-era architecture (block 324a, if you’re trying to find it), but inside it’s been completely transformed into these really well-appointed apartments that somehow manage to feel both modern and homey.
The location is pretty clever, actually. Palilula isn’t where most tourists end up, but I mean, that’s exactly why it works. You’re close enough to the city center β maybe 15 minutes by tram or bus β but you get to see how regular Belgrade folks live. There’s a decent bakery around the corner where locals grab their morning burek, and honestly, the bread smell drifting up in the mornings became one of those small pleasures I looked forward to. The apartments themselves are spacious in a way that’s hard to find in city centers, with proper kitchens and living areas. I stayed in one of the two-bedroom units and β this might sound weird β but the shower pressure was incredible. You know how apartment hotels sometimes skimp on the basics? Not here. The Wi-Fi actually worked, the heating kept the place warm during a chilly October stay, and there was enough space to spread out my stuff without feeling cramped.
What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night. You’re in a residential area, so there’s none of that bar noise or late-night tourist chaos you get in Stari Grad or Skadarlija. The building has good soundproofing too β I could barely hear my neighbors, which was a relief after some previous Belgrade experiences. The management is responsive without being intrusive; they gave me solid recommendations for local spots (there’s this tiny restaurant about a 10-minute walk away that serves the best Δevapi I had during my entire trip). Parking was straightforward, which if you’ve driven in Belgrade, you know is basically a miracle. I’d say the only minor thing is that grocery shopping requires a bit of planning β there’s a small market nearby but for bigger shopping trips you’ll want to head to one of the larger stores. But honestly, for the space, the price point, and that 9.4 rating that’s clearly well-earned, it’s hard to complain about much. If you want to experience Belgrade like you actually live there for a week, rather than just passing through, this place nails that feeling perfectly.

Everthing. Clean, spacious, washing machine and fridge, air conditioning. Super nice host. Taxi costs max 15 eur till city centrum. Bus station and super market next to the accommodation.
It was absolutly clean and quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was the perfect transit accomodation for us.
Our stay in the apartment was wonderful, and the host welcomed us despite the late hour and provided us with a parking space in the yard of the property. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and coziness. It was extremely clean and tidy. There was room for all of us (5 people). The bathroom was unique and almost as big as one of the rooms. For the price, you get more than you need. We are very pleased. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there.

Very nice apartment clean and spacious . Parking place in the garden. There is a bus stop in 5 minutes from the house. Ride to the center of Belgrade is 25 min with bus. The host is very helpful and nice. Recommend the place definitely
The house was very clean and comfortable. It has a large balcony and there are comfortable chairs on the balcony. The landscape of the garden was very beautiful. There is a market and a restaurant nearby. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was very friendly. There was a private parking facility in the garden.
What could be improved: As mentioned in other comments, the bed was a little hard, but if I go to Belgrade again, I would stay here again. It was a little far from the city center (15 min by car).
