What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night despite being so central. Sure, you’ll hear some street noise during the day, but by 11 PM it’s surprisingly peaceful.

Parking can be tricky in this area (it’s old town, what do you expect?), but there’s usually something available on the side streets if you’re patient. The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me — it’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what you want: clean, comfortable, well-located, and run by people who seem to get that travelers want to feel at home, not like they’re camping in someone’s sterile investment property.
